"I was here visiting and wanted Japanese food. This is the only place within reasonable walking distance. I got their sushi and sashimi dinner combo. they are surprisingly decent. The owner/cashier was nice and friendly. when she saw me fishing for the change, she told me $32 was good enough (my meal was $32.50 . i like owner/cashier like this. they don’t get too cheap on pennies.the two little girls (of the owner? were cute and talked to me a little bit while i was waiting for my food. I would come back here if i visit baltimore again and am in the mood for japanese.Note: This 5-star food review is a locally adjusted rating, not based on Manhattan standards."

Meh. Sushi was alright; the shrimp you could tell was frozen shrimp, tuna was browning, but the philadelphia roll was good. The chicken and shrimp lo mein, the chicken was dark meat. And the crab rangoons were super sweet.

The sushi was okay, but nothing remarkable. I would rate the flavor and quality at 3 out of 5 stars. The prices vary depending on the item. However, the service was quite speedy, earning a 4 out of 5 for how fast the food was prepared.

I absolutely love this place! The food is always excellent. The fried jumbo shrimp is amazing, and the crispy crab wontons (8) are really delicious. My favorite sushi is the eel cucumber roll. Everything is always fresh, and I highly recommend this restaurant—100%!

If you're in search of sushi or sashimi, this is definitely the place to go; it's truly the best I've had. I absolutely love it! The staff and management are also very kind and friendly. I've tried most of the menu and have never had a single complaint. The food is excellent and reasonably priced.

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
