"We recently relocated to Morgantown in the midst of the pandemic, and my older family members visited for the first time last night. We were eager to treat them to a special meal, and we discovered the perfect spot at Trellis Cafe. The dining experience was superb, with excellent service and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Chef Trellis Smith prepared a fantastic meal; we enjoyed salads, crab cakes, and chicken dishes for our main courses, followed by mandelkuchen with berries for dessert, paired with hot tea and French press coffee. Every detail, from the food to the decor and the simple flower arrangements on the tables, was top-notch. Coming from Oxford, MS, known for its dining options and acclaimed chefs, I was thrilled to find a restaurant - and a chef like Trellis - that can hold its own. This was the best restaurant meal I've had since our move, and we are excited to return in the future."

recently booked the holiday dinner for 5. truly the best I had in the old and the car and money was worth! everything was top notch from the moment we arrived, friendly staff, beautiful and festive atmosphere. the 5 cursor meal began to share with an impressive Charcuterie board, homemade rolling, followed by the most delicious squash bisque. the escaped and the sides were impressive and the dessert raised. the atmosphere was lovely, soothing background music, but not intrusive. trellis and the personal make them really welcome. his dedication to present an impressive experience is a perfect goal!
