"I agree with many of the reviews on here; the service was disappointing. The macaroni and cheese was excessively greasy, making it nearly inedible. Somehow, I ended up being charged extra. The base price was $14.99, and I assumed one of the add-ons was included, as the sign indicated. I also added gluten-free penne for $2, and somehow the total exceeded $19. It seems I was charged for both the gluten-free option and a small portion of broccoli, which was just a few tiny pieces. I might give it another try, but I’m not in a hurry to return anytime soon."

The “spold” mac with andouille is the BEST food ever invented. Highly recommended.

$9 for the atichokes was pretty terrible for what was sent. Everything tasted good though.

I had the Shrimp Po'Boy and the cheddar mac and cheese with bacon. The mac and cheese was absolutely delicious! The Po'Boy was just alright; I wasn't a fan of the sauce they put on it. However, I would definitely order the mac and cheese again!

The deep-fried artichokes were fantastic, but I've noticed that the portion size has significantly decreased. Unfortunately, the "Old" mac wasn’t as good; it was undercooked, and the sauce lacked flavor. The Parmesan cheese didn't melt properly and had a rubbery texture. View menu

It's a bit of a gamble. At times, the food is as exceptional as I remember, but there are also occasions when it’s burnt or completely misprepared (like when they ran out of parmesan and used Swiss cheese slices instead). While it can be enjoyable occasionally, the frequent mistakes make me hesitant to visit more often.

My husband is from New Orleans and was pleasantly surprised that the Jambalaya he ordered did not disappoint. Great flavor and generous portion. The young man cooking receives four stars (out of five) he was slightly abrupt but HEY he was alone and had orders to fill.Busy Sunday but we were able to find a table inside out of the chilly wind.

"For a restaurant in a hotel that's ancient, you'll be very surprised. Good place to go celebrate something. Great food, and amazing service. Was with a table of 5, and we ordered way too much for ourselves. Decent quantity of food, and delicious. Did I mention the food was good? Garlic green beans with the spices they come with are my favorite. Second to the cheese-fondue-dressed potatoes, and the Mac and cheese with sweet drop peppers. The only thing that was strange was the salmon belly. Seemed very out of place in this menu, but I'm very much not an expert. The steak with the quinoa salad was good, though I wasn't a fan of the hidden tomatoes.Drinks were made decently strong and priced about how you'd find them elsewhere. So I'm happy to see that drinks are not over priced for the restaurant we were in.The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the music and volume level of the other guests. We sat far from the entrance, near the kitchen. While leaving the bass was super strong right at the entrance, yet seemed unintelligible from where we sat. I can also say this isn't the place for quiet conversation at a larger table. With no audio buffer from the tables of 2-4 it was hard to hear others talk.Parking: Lots of parking but shared with the hotel and you can end up walking a ways to get into the restaurant. Drop off at the door is possible but outside seating is still there even though the weather has changed."
