"The restaurant was awful and backed up from the beginning. We ordered two appetizers and two rolls and two entrees. We got our first appetizer after sitting for over 30 minutes and the second one came after almost 25 minutes after. We got our entrees before our rolls. It was so bad we asked for the rolls as takeout and asked for a box for the noodles we had ordered . Clearly the place was short staffed and it was poorly managed. The server was ok but it was not her fault. That kitchen was in complete chaos and was not managed properly at all. Don’t seat tables you can’t serve. We were not the only table waiting for our food. A memorable dinner turned into an awful experience. They are trying to do too much with not adequate staff. Would not recommend."

Very fresh sushi!! Delicious! Service a bit spotty but expected as we ate outdoors. In door atmosphere was ok. Outdoor dining more tranquil environment you just get the loud traffic and cars of St Charles View menu

Had a reservation and was seated promptly. Took slightly longer than expected to receive service once seated but after the initial wait it was fairly normal service. The ambiance was very nice and the food was delectable. I would definitely return again.

The flavors in the dishes were lacking all night. The zucchini tempura was good, but between two rolls and two mains, there wasn 't one dish worth getting excited about. Very disappointing overall. The Pad Thai was bland to the point of boring and the noodles were very rubbery. There was no spice or seasoning. The sweet potato roll desperately needed the ginger in the side for balance. The short rib was well cooked, but the pickled vegetables were just raw veggies. For the price it was really poor.
