We love Mountain Mikes pizza, but in my opinion their large seems more like a medium. But the price is for a large. Very disappointed in the sizing considering the price. It seems I should?ve orders extra large instead, but their description said a large had 12 to 14 slices. It does, but very small slices. Unimpressed and disappointed. Probably going back to Round Table Pizza.

$52 dollars for a Snowy Alps Pizza which is my favorite at Mtn Mikes but this week when I opened the box it was nothing like the Snowy Alps pizza they used to make. They should call it the Barren Desert Pizza now because thats exactly what it was. Not sure how much money they saved by cutting costs on veggies like green onions, tomatoes and olives. So stingy! Not to mention the way they spaced out the meats. Won't be going back to this location.

First time ordering: waited 30 minutes; pizza was sitting in the warmer and no one told me that it was ready, while i waited in the dining area. Staff were all in the back, not providing customer service. Second time: mom called and ordered, pizza didn't arrive for over an hour; mom called only to find out that it was set for a pick-up, not delivery. pizza was delivered cold and mom was charged a $7 delivery. We visit this restaurant frequently and usually enjoy their lunch buffet. However, this time was quite disappointing. The salad bar had wilted and slimy greens. When we asked about getting it replaced, the staff seemed reluctant. When they finally brought it back, they didn't clean the bar, and mixed fresh spinach with the already wilted greens. Additionally, prices have gone up, but the food was poorly prepared, and there were hardly any pizzas available. It seems like there may be new management since all the staff were different. If we continue to receive this level of service, we won't be coming back.

20 years of ordering from the best pizza is finally over. Few months ago they failed to deliver my order to the correct house. Decided to try again and shocking it happened again. I let the store verify my address to make sure it was correct. Driver never called, did not verify the address on the receipt just left on a random porch. No worries they will fix it, right? NO! The store has zero power to make the customer satisfied which is a direct reflection of the ownership group. The employees have always been friendly but the policies and lack of procedures to ensure high quality guest experience shows that your money is being wasted on another poorly operated franchisee. I placed a to go order through the phone a small pizza and a a dessert pizza. I got the dessert pizza because there was a Yelp check in offer for a free one (and I love me a dessert pizza, which are hard to find too . They initially said I couldn't use the offer because there was no coupon code, but when I went in to pick up the pizza I asked again. After some debate, they decided to give it to me (yay! .
