"My Fried Chicken (4/10) was borderline burnt but it had flavor. My candied yams(1/10) were undercooked and didnt have flavor. My Peach Cobbler (4/10) was not the best because the top crust was also borderline burnt causing everything taste odd. The mac and cheese was the best item i received but it gets a 7/10. The entire meal could have been better had there been more care and attention to detail."

Presentation was wonderful. The first time Ive eaten pork chops this thick, I still like my chops thinner. Green beans and macaroni was good. Pound cake moist and Jack Flop- 24oz was perfect.

This is the best soul food restaurant in Miami! The food is perfectly seasoned, so I never need to add any salt. The portions are also generous. My favorites are the smothered pork chops and fried chicken!

I visited this restaurant recently, and I must say, it really impressed me! I'm quite particular when it comes to food, but the Baked Chicken with candied yams, yellow rice, and mac and cheese was absolutely the best I've had. Everything was seasoned to perfection.
