"Mr. Pho has one of the best pho broths I have tried. It's a delicious family recipe that shows the owner's love for creating great food for diners. Everything here is made with the freshest ingredients. I have tried almost everything on the menu. Their soft spring rolls are one of my favorite snacks when I am on the go. Their pho is a favorite on cold days and I get the vermicelli in the hotter months. Owners are often on premise, quality is great and they support many people and first responders in our community.Vegetarian options: Several optionsKid-friendliness: Kid friend atmosphere and foodParking: Plenty of parking lot parkingWheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: They have low fat gluten free options"

Decent taste. The pho tasted a little sour. It was okay but I’ve had better.

Bahn mi flavor was good, but beef had a lot of weird clear strands throughout.. not sure what it was. Personally, I don’t recommend.

I absolutely love this place. My recommendation is the grilled pork rice plate or shaking beef both are delicious. The owners are a husband and wife team and they always have treated me so well. The food is amazing but the owners are the real treasure.

I found something unpleasant in my son's spring roll today, and it completely ruined my appetite. I couldn't even finish my meal because I was so disgusted. I have a suspicion about what it might be, and I'm definitely not interested in finding out more. It's a shame because I really enjoy vermicelli bowls. Additionally, I noticed that the place wasn't very clean.

I really enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, especially vermicelli dishes. I ordered the grilled beef vermicelli, but to my surprise, it came with a ground beef patty that had been chopped up. I’ve never experienced that before, and it wasn’t very satisfying. I usually go to another restaurant, but I wanted to give this one a try. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations.

This restaurant offers delicious food and attentive service. I really appreciate the beautiful plants they have throughout the space, especially the large tree that greets you at the entrance. The orchids by the front windows add a lovely touch, and the classy music playing in the background creates a relaxing atmosphere. I love to unwind here whenever I have the chance. As for parking, the clear windows allow you to keep an eye on your car while you wait. View menu

Food is good. Dining in is the best experience.Smoothies/specially teas is not an option most times when we dine in. Not sure when this is actually available.Ordering online through grubhub for takeaway or pick up is a pain. Placed an order, which was immediately adjusted but then the order was totally cancelled because I ordered a smoothie.Called the store. he said resubmit. Grubhub said closed and would only take orders for the next day.Ended up calling back to the store to place a to go order. Phone experience not the greatest.

Very disappointed with this place. We had to wait a while to order our drinks. Then when our egg rolls came, we didn't get the usual lettuce and picked carrots so we needed to ask for it. I had to get my own plates because the 1 server didn't think to grab them but to sit back down and be on his phone. The broth for the pho was good. I ordered the combination but there was only beef and meatballs. Zero tendon or tripe. (My favorite part! I didn't get any refill s on my water and people ended up just seating themselves due to nobody tending the floor. Very disappointed!

"We visited the Los Alamitos location this trip for late lunch, early dinner. My husband got an All American Beach Melt. It was a full pound cheeseburger on grilled Parmesan Sour Dough. He was delightfully overwhelmed! I decided to try the prime rib dinner because the prime rib dip is out of this world! I was extremely disappointed! The meat was cold and flavorless. The aujus again had no flavor. The creamy horseradish could have been sour cream, and it has absolutely no flavor at all, no zing. Our waitress was sweet but disappointing. All of our food came to the table at the same time. Our appetizer actually arrived after our entree plates. Our waitress did a vanishing act. She did not once return to the table. Our water and tea cups sat empty throughout our meal. Other servers took care of the tables to our right, and to our left, we remained completely ignored. After finishing our meals, we sat for about 15 20 minutes with my husband, trying to get anyone to pay attention to even our empty glasses. Finally, it appeared to be someone in management who asked if we were waiting for boxes. My husband told her we 'd like a check AND boxes so we can leave. She brought our check and 3 boxes, no questions or comments. My husband paid in cash, and she said, I 'll see you next time. He commented. There won 't be a next time. We enjoy the Foothill Ranch location, a much friendlier environment. Today 's lesson learned is that it was not a good idea to order steak at a sandwich shop."

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
