"We had a fantastic experience at Mr. Shawarma! The chicken shawarma we ordered was enormous. We also sampled the shawarma plate, which was more than enough for the three of us. It included rice, French fries, salad, and chicken shawarma, all of which were incredibly tasty. Plus, they're running a great promotion: if you leave a review, you get a free baklava!"

The restaurant offers incredible flavors at an affordable price, featuring a great selection of vegetarian options! I tried the fool moudamas sandwich, which was packed with delicious sauce, while my friend chose the chicken shawarma plate.

I found the shawarma at Mr. Shawarma to be a bit dry and not the best I've experienced. The falafel was somewhat crumbly, and unfortunately, the food was served cold. It didn't meet the high expectations created by other reviews. Overall, I wasn't very impressed! They do offer free baklava for writing a review, which might explain their elevated ratings. Mr. Shawarma is a cozy little spot that gets quite busy, but the staff are incredibly friendly and the service is impressively quick. The prices are quite reasonable, and while there are a few tables available, they primarily focus on takeout. We enjoyed the best falafel platter—it was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place!

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
