"We order from this restaurant specifically because you can ask to leave the onions out of the fried rice. This will be the last time, Which is a shame because we have been going to this restaurant for about 5 years now. My mother-in-law whose first language is Spanish, called to place an order. As she was placing the order, the woman that answered the phone stopped her and told her you need to stop doing that! I took the phone and asked her what the problem is, to which she replied she keeps ordering different things and asking for egg drop soup ! Not once to be order soup. The truth of the matter is that the lady who took our order is the one that couldn 't understand what was being said and very Angrily And rudely took it out on my mother-in-law. When my husband got there to pick up the food her excuse was that they were understaffed. Customer service goes a long way. If you don 't understand someone that is fine, but don 't be rude to your customers, especially your loyal ones."

I've been getting takeout from Shen's for quite some time, but that's going to change. I witnessed an employee drop the utensils on the floor and then pick them up without even attempting to clean them. The food is just average, so I think I'll look for another place. View menu

The waitress said the Tofu was just as good, it was NOT.I got fried rice that was Not veggieThe place was tired looking, and the menu prices are scratched out and written over.They don't even have Sweet and Sour Pork, which my wife tried to order.

My wife and I came here for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We came in about 5:30pm and were greeted by a friendly waitress who said we could order from the Happy Hour Menu. Those meals included an egg roll, fried rice, and choice of soup for about $16.50 each, which is very reasonable.Our waitress put down a pot of Chinese tea.
