I had the chance to try this bread at a restaurant in Evanston, WY, and I was so impressed that I had to ask to see the packaging to confirm it was indeed gluten-free. I returned to the restaurant not once, but twice, just to have another sandwich with this amazing bread. It's absolutely incredible! A huge shoutout to Mrs. Hewitt's for creating a product that so many of us with gluten sensitivities have longed for, especially after spending so much money on gluten-free breads that just end up in the trash. Claiming this is the best gluten-free bakery in the country doesn't even begin to cover it. I haven't had white bread in years—many years, in fact. The bread here is incredible, tasting just like traditional wheat bread. I had French toast for dinner, and it was such a delightful treat, it felt like Christmas morning! The Brownie Bites were so exceptional, they definitely deserve a full five stars, and we couldn't resist ordering more. Honestly, they are that good. When my husband, who usually eats wheat, insists on trying the bread and notices the Brownie Bites are gone, you know they are special!

Mrs. Hewitt's is undoubtedly the best place for gluten-free food—and just great food in general. If you didn't know it was gluten-free, you wouldn't even be able to tell. The location might not seem impressive at first glance, but they offer an incredible variety of options. From breads, rolls, and buns to mixes, cookies, brownies, and even cookie dough! I had almost given up on ever enjoying bread again, and I thought my mom was a bit out of her mind for buying not one, but two loaves from there.
