"If you're craving sushi while visiting Tybee, I highly recommend this spot. It's about 20 minutes away from Tybee. Super easy to find. The prices, especially for lunch, are incredibly good. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. It seems to be mostly takeout oriented, but we had a great experience dining in. The sushi was so good that we went back a second time. Will definitely be ordering from here again the next time we visit Tybee."

"Our family of four enjoyed a great meal in an upscale, yet casual setting. The staff were super helpful and even moved us inside when the mosquitoes outside were attacking us! (A screened porch might be a nice future addition, as the restaurant basically sits on a swamp! The food and drinks were very good--cosmopolitan, sweet tea, sushi, fried seafood platter, and a wonderful chicken shrimp stir fry. Worth the drive!"

"I really want to like this place, but they have made it difficult for me.The first time we went, everything was just about perfect. The Savannah Crab Soup was to die for, the rest of the meal was wonderful, and the service was great. It was a bit pricey at over $40 per person when all was said and done, but we didn’t mind that much because of the great experience.I’ve been back several times now and each time has been a HUGE disappointment. They never have a full menu saying they are out this or that and last time they were not serving SEVERAL of the items in the menu. I have wanted the scallops many times now and have never been able to try them because each time they say they are out.Also, EVERY time I’ve been lately I’ve had to ask them to bring me my soup because they forget to bring it. I don’t expect the service to be perfect, but I’d like my soup to come out before my entree and not have to ask for it. Especially when I’m spending so much money.And this last time after we had gotten our meals, I overheard a waitress (a different waitress from ours) tell another table what the specials were. We we never told of any specials and it would have been nice to know them ahead of time.The atmosphere is casual, so I wasn’t expecting them to treat me like royalty, but if I’m going to drop $40 per person in a restaurant, I expect to at least be treated like I’m a valued customer. And except for that first visit, I almost felt like I was a nuisance to them for being there.After my first visit, I recommended this restaurant to several people and have gotten feedback that they did not have a good experience. They said the food was good, but the service wasn’t great and that for how much it costs, they won’t be going back.It looks like our first visit was the exception to the rule at this restaurant.I still think their Savannah Crab Soup is absolutely delicious. But from now on when I want some, I’m just going to get a bowl to go so I don’t have to endure an entire evening there."

"I live between an hour and a half and 2 hour away, but when I'm planning to be on that side of town I always plan to meet with family at sunrise for breakfast. Two of my favorite breakfast orders is shrimp and grits, and the Tybee omelette. Pretty much anything I've had through the years though were always quick, but never so quick to be sloppy. I always have great service, and great food. So if you don't know where it is, look it up and go there, you'll be writing your own good report."

"The brisket burnt ends were the most heavenly thing I've ever eaten in my life. Hands down the best thing they have imo besides the best damn baked beans. It's honestly too good. It's a bit of a ways out than I was expecting (new to the area didn't realize it but not too bad just go when the traffic is not rough there and back. I got my food to go and with that the brisket burnt ends came by the pound a I got a quarter pound of burnt ends and it's seriously enough for one person unless you can eat a lot of succulent food: . I'll be back for the brisket and baked beans again soon."
