"went tonight to the on on St John as we go there a couple times a week. the lady's are rude and nasty. I asked for my fires to be recooked as the looked old and felt to cold to be fresh. the lady ask for a receipt knowing she just took the receipt then felt the fries with bare hands took them to the back and in less then 30 second brings me back the fries I just gave her that she touched bare hand and I told them are the same fries but she didn't seem to think I was smart enough to know that so I wasted money tonight and will never be back and will contact health department about this situation as no one in that store cared or got the point I was making"

"THE KITCHEN has really declined in terms of service, and prices have soared. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has also decreased. In the past, there used to be a line of people eager to wait for their meals, but now that rarely happens. However, I must say that the front staff is still doing an excellent job as always."
