"What a great addition to the neighborhood! They make their own noodles in house and you can see them making it from the storefront window.We got the chicken yuzu ramen and the broth was satisfyingly chickeny and the citrus of the yuzu gave it a refreshing lightness. Loads of toppings and a good portion.. the portion for the Unagidon rice bowl was EVEN better. Really generous portion of eel, 3 different types of veggies (seaweed, slaw and pickles!! They have outdoor seating and were really kind to our dog (brought him a bowl of ice water because it was hot out Really happy to have found a good Japanese place. We'll be back!!!"

I got the tonkotsu ramen but added kimchi on the side it was very yummy. Also there was a lot of noodles but I like my ramen a bit more brothy than noodly. But it was pretty good I kinda wish it was more spicy. And the seating was lovely.

I would rate this place closer to 3.5, but that option isn't available. The background features 80s Japanese music, and the decor is quite nice. The miso ramen is average, as expected. However, I highly recommend the Yuzu Shio ramen; the citrus-infused chicken broth is incredibly refreshing, and the chicken is far superior to the chashu here. The wings were a bit overcooked, and the presentation could use some improvement, but the batter was very crispy.
