Looking for authentic Mexican food? This is the place! Yes,I've tried other “mexican” places around the area but nothing compares with the real Mexican taste. Good prices and very food customer service!

The food was definitely some of the best I’ve had. So so delicious. I wasn’t so sure how the experience was going to be because we were the only customers at the time. But the food spoke for itself! Highly recommend anyone who loves authentic Mexican flavors to try it out.

My wife stopped in for some bubble tea on a hot July afternoon. The young lady serving was very helpful. I had Green Tea with cherry and milk and my wife had Coconut with cherry bubbles. Food tasted amazing, weird dining experience though. No fountain drinks or free water. You have to order tortilla chips and there is no tomato salsa.. only take out menus available to use as well. The interior is nice but could be nicer. Don't be scared away by the lack of customers, the food is authentic and delicious.

Very delicious tacos which I thought tasted authentic. Plan to go again for sure. I picked the 3 tacos as pictured, barbacoa, carne asada and al pastor. The salsa verde was a favorite. Would rate 5 stars but the process was a bit confusing, I think they are figuring out some aspects of the business still, but the food is great.

We had heard wonderful things about MX Cocina, so we decided to visit today. The restaurant was very clean and is somewhat tucked away at the back of the shopping center. The food was all excellent, and our server was friendly and accommodating, helping us modify dishes to create vegan options. The only downside was that they don’t offer any alcoholic beverages. Our first time visiting. We walked in on Friday night and there was no one around, not a single customer or employee. It was clean and roomy (because there are only about 4 tables). The two of us sat down and there were 2 paper take out menus on the table. We started reading over them and about 10 minutes later, a young lady came out from the back. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the staff wasn't friendly at all. The food didn't feel like authentic Mexican cuisine; it was messy and lacked flavor. I ordered a sope for $5, and it looked unappetizing. The dough tasted raw, and there was way more beans than meat. For the price, the portion size was unacceptable. As for the flautas, which were $4.75, they weren't traditional Mexican flautas at all; they were just fried chicken tacos. They didn’t come with crema, cheese, or lettuce. The filling was not shredded chicken but rather a paste-like ground chicken that was excessively seasoned. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. View menu
