"We were seated at 12 noon. They took our drink orders about 10 minutes later took our food order. An hour and a half later, they brought our food out.Our server was a male who took our orders but after asking 3 times, he didn't come back to us but served surrounding tables. A lady then finished out our experience.Now you are probably wondering why wait that long. We were talking and haven't seen each other in a year. But they didn't know that.They offered use one slice of cake to share between 4 people. The cake was stale.To the owners: Customer service is important. If you make a mistake, own it. Make amends. Do right by your customer. Yes, you were busy but the tables around us came and went and we didn't even get our orders.We should have been given something for each of us or a discount.Parking: Metered parking"

I visited My Grandmother's Kitchen for the first time, and the gentleman who welcomed me also served as our waiter. He was attentive and had a great knowledge of the menu, answering all my questions. I ordered whole wheat banana and cinnamon chip pancakes, along with freshly squeezed orange juice. Although the food took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, it was definitely worth the wait. The pancakes were delicious and beautifully presented. I would definitely return.
