"I went over there after seeing so many good reviews and I don’t know what happened, but I didn’t like the bubble tea I took today. I am a big fan of bubble tea and was looking for a good place in this neighborhood when this place popped up on my map. I tried out the tiger sugar bubble tea and it was pretty blend. It just felt like bubbles served in milk. I will rate it 5/10. I think they should improve on this. May be the other dishes are better and since I didn’t try them out so won’t be commenting on the whole menu of this place. But I must say, they have a really nice interior set up."

We always love to drive to new places. Today we walked into Nana's Ice Cream and Coffee House. Such an amazing list of items. Bought so much!! Would definitely recommend to someone else! Love. I'm definitely coming back here!!

Six years here in Roslyn and I didn't know about this amazing gem. We wanted a coffee shop experience... Def try out Nana's Ice Cream Coffee House in Westbury. Unique deserts, coffee drinks and even alcohol and a cozy mom and pop shop style. Great ambiance inside.

I gave 2 stars because the ice cream was delicious. The service and pricing were hard to understand. We got two large ice creams which consisted of 3 scoops each. Two large ice creams cost over $30. The menu said $6 each. It's a beautiful little cafe, but the communication skills need to improve and the pricing needs to be more realistic. I won't be going back. View menu

Small place that has a nice selection of deserts, coffees, and bubble tea. They also have lunch and dinner options. Seating is unique with different seats and tables. They also have an outdoor seating area in the back. The desserts we had were fun and tasty. Large portions that next time we would split rather than have one each. A place we would go back to and try different options each time.

Visited here for the first time and I am so enchanted! The selection of bubble teas, sweets, and general treats is incredible! Especially the cute little mango stars you can put in drinks! There’s comfy space to sit out front, inside, or in a really lovely back patio! Which is perfect for a summer’s night! I will come back here in a heartbeat! Additionally, every single staff member I encountered was a delight!

Second time here; this time I went with my team to have our work meeting and grab some coffee; we ended up grabbing some food and ice cream while we were there. Very delicious and spacious to relax and enjoy your food and beverages. Customer service was really nice; the owner was the order taker and was very nice in recommendations which is phenomenal. Great place to come by any time of the day, whether it's for an early afternoon brunch or an evening snack. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, like a cross between a very lowkey cafe and a bar whose regulars keep coming back because it's their favorite. The staff is wonderful and me feel like very welcomed on my first visit. The prices are very reasonable, and I cannot recommend the rose hibiscus tea enough. 10/10 absolutely coming back again

This is a really friendly place with amazing beverage selections, really good food and great service! Tiffany and her Husband are fantastic, Alex is wonderful! This is a family run place, you should expect to be made to feel right at home . The food and beverages are made to perfection, everything is tasty, everyone is fun. If you haven 't been there yet... My only question is... What are you waiting for!? Are you still reading this.... I don 't know why you aren 't on your way there already! You won 't regret it! I personally recommend the Georgia peach.
