"Last night, I picked up a takeout order from this restaurant and I was very disappointed with the experience. I have ordered from here several times before and each time I went to the pick-up counter, like I usually do with other restaurants that use apps. However, the staff did not greet me when I arrived or when I approached the counter. I didn't think much of it at first, assuming they were busy helping other customers. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I finally had to ask for assistance. When I showed them my mobile order, they criticized me for not going to the regular line and for not letting them know I needed help. They couldn't even acknowledge that they were wrong for not greeting me or assisting me promptly, despite me standing there for over 10 minutes. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and I have decided not to order from this restaurant again. They argued with me about how a customer should act to receive help, even though I have over 30 years of customer service experience."
