"I called to order a pizza for takeout, but I couldn't understand a word the girl on the phone was saying. I requested the pizza to be lightly baked and left uncut, but this was clearly beyond her comprehension. I was told it would be ready in thirty-five minutes. When I arrived at the store, I checked my pizza and found it overcooked, cut, and it had clearly been sitting out for a while. It was greasy and cold. The cashier struggled to make change, and I ended up having to do the math for her. I won't be ordering from this place again; there are too many other options for good pizza and better service. It seems like the staff aced some sort of pre-employment stupidity test."

I don't expect reheated slices to be the best but I do expect them not to taste like I'm lacking a charred grill. Pretty bland.

We were informed it would take 35 to 40 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour and 45 minutes before we received our large pizza and antipasto salad! The salad was warm, while the pizza arrived cold and greasy. Food: 2, Service: 1.

I ordered from here and the delivery took 1 hour and they were only located 2 miles away. When it arrived the pizza was squished in the box and a lot of the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. There was barely any sauce on the pizza and it was poortasting.

I was surprised at the reviews for this location. I dined in a couple months ago and then carried out today and both times had a great experience. Really good pizza and my order was correct and ready on time for pickup. I was also pleased with the verypleasant lady that helped me for both orders. The location is quite inconvenient. It's currently 7:46 PM, and I've ordered a pizza. This is the second time they've claimed it was delivered, yet it never actually arrived. I called to inquire, and the woman on the phone was very rude. She insisted that she had never received my order and didn't bother to apologize for their system issues. Regardless, I will take my business elsewhere.
