"I can’t even comment on the food since I never got the chance to taste it. The entire experience was so off-putting that I will never be ordering from this restaurant again. If it were possible to rate them lower than one star, I would do so purely based on their customer service. I ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and chili cheese fries, which took over an hour to arrive—and when it did, everything was cold. I reached out to Grubhub to request a partial refund for the cold food, and they actually gave me a full refund because the restaurant uses its own delivery drivers instead of Grubhub’s. Soon after contacting Grubhub, the restaurant bombarded me with calls. When I answered, a man on the other end yelled in my ear. I tried to explain that the food was cold, but he only escalated his yelling and swearing. After I hung up, he continued to harass me by calling from various numbers, which I kept blocking. Eventually, it became so overwhelming that I changed my phone number. They are fortunate that I haven't considered pursuing a civil case for harassment. And believe me, I haven't even begun to criticize the apparent low quality of their food. Even if I had tried to reheat it, I wouldn't have felt comfortable eating it. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here; they will blame you and harass you if they make a mistake with your order. Even if the food had been good, the customer service is simply not worth it. Consider this your warning."
