"Horrible experience today due to very poor costumer service. I?m a regular at this location and today my 3yo daughter was denied a cup of water even after we spent over $65 on a order. My orders are (used to be) always $50-$70 there. I could?ve bought a bottle of water but I refused to give this place more business because that employee?s behavior. I asked for his name and he simply denied to answer. He just turned around, gave me his back and start hiding behind the counter. Even tho his name is on the receipt. Who does that?! There should be better training for workers in front of the house."

Food and service were great! Waiter took good care of us. On Friday they also have 3$ off pitchers. We definitely left nice and full! Definitely get the hamachi carpaccio!

I like how they bring your order to table, but, strange how they take the tray and when you finish your left to try to carry garbage in can. With 2 hands, several containers, drinks and hot soup? And a garbage truck far away?

Pretty good and fresh compared to many other places in the area. I ordered the spicy ahi. One part tasted like it was somewhat mixed with an older batch of tuna but was fresh for the most part. Portion sizes got me full. The workers were friendly and the restaurant was clean. View menu

I was really needing some comfort food and craving beef udon. After walking the town center and finding nothing that spoke to me, I was going to settle for poke but Ninja Sushi had beef udon on the menu! It was everything I needed. Lots of other items on the menu I'll have to go back to try!

Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, although there were a few minor distractions. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a great meal!

Food was served fast and it was good. My one main gripe was with the cashier. I asked for a validation ticket and she said, No worries! The gate arm will rise and let you out. I asked, Even without a validation ticket? She repeated the same statement. I sat back down and got my food right away and left. The second I scanned the parking ticket I ended up paying. View menu

Everything! This restaurant used to be a favorite for my family for years, but one negative experience changed all that. I can't recommend this place anymore. While the food is good, the staff really need some "Aloha" training and basic people skills. They should take a moment to think before speaking, as words can’t be taken back. It’s all about treating others how you want to be treated… and there was definitely no Aloha here.

The sushi was fantastic! My husband and I are big fans of salmon and thoroughly enjoyed the sushi here, ordering two of their salmon combos along with a California roll set. Everything was delicious! We appreciate the establishment for being a trick-or-treat spot and for handing out candy during the event. We know that not all restaurants participated, so we wanted to support one that did. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
