"It's a shame to give a bad review because this place looks kinda neat but everything about the food was weird and it felt like this must be what prison food tastes like. The worst part has to be the patty itself.. You can even see in other peoples pictures on here that they're the driest things on earth and burnt to a crisp. I don't even know how you can make a patty so dry, I've had burnt burgers that were more juicy than these so it leads me to believe that they're using the lowest quality hamburger meat they cant find and not cooking it well. On top of this, every thing you get has some weird aspect to it. You can't get normal ketchup, it has some gross spice to it, I got a ranch for my tots and it was literally as thick as sour cream (you could tip the little tub of it upside down and it seriously would not spill out) and it was totally bland and had no ranch flavor at all so it was odd.. You can't get a cup of water, you have to buy a bottle of water, and bottles of soda.... I saw some people play a few songs on the jukebox and it literally cut the songs that they paid for short and they were confused lol. The decor was kinda cool but then half of the place looks like a flea market.. There's like randomly some flea market living room set in the middle of the place and cardboard cutouts of movie characters for some reason. then half of the building is closed off and has a bunch of storage stuff.. The service at mcdonalds is better than this place and the food as well, which I never thought I would say about any restaurant... It shouldn't be this hard to make a burger taste decent, I couldn't even finish half of it because it was so weird..."

My hamburger was extremely rare. The prices are high and the food was not that good. I wanted to love it but was disappointed.

The burgers are delicious and huge. Sweet potato fries are a must. Will have to save room for a shake or float with their homemade icecream next time.

After trying the burgers here, it quickly became my favorite burger place in Lincoln and possibly the best I've experienced anywhere else. Unfortunately, I didn't visit as often last year, but I'll really miss the incredible food and the friendly owners! View menu

Unfortunately, it’s permanently closed. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was exceptional. From the little chocolate chips in the mint chip shake to the perfectly cooked over-easy egg on the Huevos Ranchero burger, it was clearly one of the top burger spots in town. I regret not visiting more often. And the deep-fried tater tots instead of fries? Absolutely yes! We’re really going to miss you.

The GoodExcellent shakes and fries. You can’t beat a shake made from hard serve ice cream. The Westery-style burger checked all the boxes. The BadThe bean burger was under seasoned, overcooked, and reminded us of refried beans with some black beans added. The sweet potato fries were almost burnt with no seasoning. We ate in and there were alternating scents of cleaning chemicals and bathroom.VerdictWe would order fries and shakes to go but will get burgers elsewhere in the future.

"It was okay. We are a large family; the majority of our children being teens and young adults. We made reservations early in the day for a 8pm birthday dinner for our 18 yr old daughter. It was on a Monday. They weren't very busy. They sat us as soon as we got there, so no waiting: . Restaurant appeared clean and well maintained (I didn't check the restroom . I would have liked to give 5 stars, however, what's most important to me when stepping foot in an establishment is theinteraction with staff. No noticeable greeting welcoming us, nor was there an opportunity to exchange greetings. My husband I, and five out of 8 of our kids dined there that night. At $30+/plate $3.xx/person beverages- we spent a fewhundred bucks at this restaurant on a Monday night; and short of round robin ordering, we didn't have any conversation with staff or managers. No small talk, no recommendations, no happy birthday, etc. I work in business and my husband andI own a few businesses, and I wouldn't feel right if any of my clients or customers were not treated as if their presence matter. I rather dine at a shotgun hole in the wall burger grease shack knowing there's warmth, hospitality andacknowledgment from the staff who represents the business. Food was good; albeit not worth going back for though, not when the customer facing staff chooses to not share their face with customers. Plenty other places for us to take ourchildren, our family, and feel welcome. Hopefully it was just an off night for the staff. To clarify, I'm not advising against checking out Florio's, I encourage you to. I'm simply summarizing my unpleasant experience, hoping itwas afluke. Thanks for reading my rambling!"
