Noah's New York Bagels

They just sent out the food delivery with a giant bag of bagels we ordered and none of the tubs of cream cheese. What are we supposed to do with this.

This is the best Noah's Bagels in town! The bagels are consistently delicious, and the service is always friendly and efficient. The shop is clean and offers plenty of parking.

We had Noah's bagels cater a work breakfast. The bagel was decent quality, and the amount of toppings inside was alright. Nothing to write home about, but it was good!Definitely give them a try for any work catering events you have, this worked out very well for our crew.

The experience was unfortunately marred by a heavyset woman with dark skin and dreadlocks. I suggest hiring someone more skilled in customer service, as she was not helpful at all. I repeatedly communicated my order, but she responded with everything except what I asked for. Her rudeness was quite disappointing.

Picked up an order and was completely wrong. First off 4$ glass bottle coke is a lie it’s a plastic bottle. Secondly I asked for an onion bagel and received a plain one. Third they gave me egg whites instead of regular which I stated in my order. If you cannot complete an order as ordered contact the person and ask if substitutes are okay. I pre paid but will never again (if I go back) because I would have walked out if I had been told this info prior. Do better.

The customer support just isn't there. Made an order through their online portal that I needed refunded. I went in to the store to request a refund, in which they told me I had to call in to do so. I asked them to not make the order and save the food. There is no number available to contact. I went through their support page and left two messages over the last two weeks with my order details and have not gotten a single response. I messaged the business operator here directly with no response. I have no choice but to file a chargeback now with my credit card company. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund for a product I didn't receive. It shouldn't be this hard to just get a response.

I usually adore Noah's Bagels, especially the location in Walnut Creek. However, during my last two visits, the cashier has seemed to be in a constant bad mood, which isn't a huge deal—everyone has off days. On my last visit, the woman in front of me mentioned that her bagel had been burnt during her previous visit, and she asked if they could ensure it wouldn't happen again. They explained that they were having issues with their toaster. I thought to myself, if it's burnt, perhaps they should consider making a change.
