Absolutely amazing flavor. I got a norib sandwich, pasta salad, a cookie and a lemonade for $16 so it's a bit pricey but it's so good and it's all vegan. The service was warm and friendly. I would eat here again for sure.

I can’t believe I waited so long to try NoButcher after hearing so many great reviews. I really missed out! I visited today and shared the no pull pork sandwich and the no ribs sandwich, both of which were amazing! The staff was welcoming and friendly, too.

Amazing service and staff is super friendly! I ordered the Aloha NoRib sandwich and it was delicious. The sauce is tangy with a bit of a kick to it, while the veggies were perfectly fresh with a subtle dressing. I arrived at the restaurant feeling somewhat full since I had already eaten at two other places (I'm visiting from out of town!). I chose to share The Feast sandwich, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! Despite not being very hungry, I found myself wishing I had ordered a full sandwich just for myself! Haha! I only wish there was a location of this place in Texas!

I had my first visit to the restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed with an enthusiastic "Hello, how are you?" I chose to order the Aloha NoRib sandwich meal (make sure to check out the photos!). It was absolutely delicious and included a drink, a side, and a delightful surprise—a delicious cookie! And did I mention that everything is 100% vegan?!

I come here to eat nearly every week and always enjoy the food each time. I personally find it to be the best bang for buck vegan place in Las Vegas. I only ever order take out at the drive thru but my go-to is now the Aloha No Rib sandwich combo. The cookies are fantastic and the lemonade is soo tasty! Have not been disappointed by any visit and not only that but everyone working there has given me spectacular service. 10/10 I will absolutely continue to return. View menu

THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY IN VEGAS! Oh my goodness this vegan food is insane! My partner and I both got the “November special”, vegan turkey with cranberry sauce, aioli, gravy… stuffing. YUM! We really wanted to come back today before we left for Sedona but our schedule didn’t allow for it : . The service at this place is incredible too, our server was so friendly and passionate about the food they serve! We also tried their their Greek style seitan which we both wanted to go back for today), and the vegan pulled pork which was so yummy if you want something on the sweeter side. Couldn’t recommend this place more- give this mom&pop shop the love they deserve! thank you!!!

I've been trying to adopt a more vegan diet recently, and I have to say, I was quite impressed with this vegan butcher shop. I ordered the no pastrami, and while it's clear it's not the authentic version, after just a few bites, I really started to forget that it wasn't. I also sampled the no tuna, and after two bites, I genuinely felt it tasted just like the real thing. My three-year-old even tried the sandwich and liked it. She ended up swiping my cookie, proving she couldn't tell the difference at all! The lemon bar was delightful as well. Overall, I would definitely return here. I wish there was a location by me! I will go out of my way to get food here every time I'm in Vegas from now on!My friend told me about this place after she saw it on Chef's Table knowing I had a trip planned to Vegas so I could check them out. I couldn't get there to visit in person, but I ordered UberEats and had it delivered to our hotel just before leaving for the airport so we could have it for lunch before getting on the plane.I seriously wanted to try one of everything, it all sounded so good!
