It would have been nice to know that they were closed on Valentine’s Day! We showed up and it was all closed down.

They were closed even though they were open to taking reservations. And they said they closed for dinner most nights yet there was a dinner menu on the AP

we were not even recognized when we sat down. we were finally asked if we wanted a menu and then the staff disappeared again. 30 minutes later without help from any kind. View menu

This was our 2nd Christmas to dine at the buffet. As the year before, it did not disappoint! There is a great selection of food and the service was excellent. We felt very welcomed and all the staff was very friendly. We will be back next year for sure!

Good option staying at the Renaissance Allison Hotel. Note they do not have room service yet after COVID. They only serve breakfast till 11am. Breakfast buffet style. They have lunch till 2pm with their lunch menu. Same menu used at the bar after restaurant closes at 2pm. Menu is great while hanging out at the bar. Pretty full menu with your martinis and drinks.

Very good hotel breakfast buffet. My wife attends Conferences all over the States and I usually tag along. This gives me the opportunity to sample the breakfast options in the hotels we stay and in the community. Noelle Jct was one of the better breakfast experiences that I have had. What made it especially good was the the entire wait staff whom I interacted with, warm ,attentive and professional. View menu

here is closed! I booked an dinner with my colleagues. I have even received the request by text to confirm the reservation. when we showed up, there was a sign that was closed. I approached a hotel employee who worked in the lobby bar to find out about it. She said it was closed for two years! I explained I made a reservation through an open table. she said this happens all the time and they don't know how to turn it off! extremely disappointed. hopefully, an open team member will see this!
