"This place is a real sleeper and we never would have tried it were it not for neighbors and friends that spoke so highly of it. We were not disappointed. As instructed by friends, I ordered the pork chop the first time we went. Oh my goodness! It was enormous! And cooked to perfection. Everything about our meal was pleasant. Service was conscientious but not overbearing, wait times were reasonable, our meals came out timely and hot. It is a funny place in a converted home but they have done a nice job with it and it felt comfortable. If you have not yet eaten here, it is worth a visit."

"Bacon Jam Burger was good but the Golden Hoosier's is better. Why it's better? It was just cooked better and had slightly more of the bacon jam. This one was slightly over cooked for my liking and was a tad too light. BUT if you want a burger that is cooked more and not a huge fan of sauce this would be perfect. The wings were great, cooked perfectly and honestly I loved the hot sauce and they would have been fine tossed in it. I hesitated because sometimes the sauce isn't it for me I was wrong in this case. The fish and chips were good, not exceptional. Since we order to go they sweat a bit in the box and made them soggier than they would have been at the restaurant. Service was good, friendly folk. Restaurant was clean. Nothing was exceptional for me but I would try again in person."

"We came here last night to celebrate my birthday. When my husband made the reservation he also mentioned that. When we were seated, the gentleman who was filling water came over right away. To be honest, the guys coming around filling water glasses and bringing the bread were the best part of our experience. They were kind, courteous and friendly. When our server got to our table, that was a different story. Our server did not so much as give a greeting or anything. He came up to the table and just said What are you drinking? And that was it. No greeting, no introducing himself. I have no idea what his name even was. Once we got our drinks he just ask, what are you having? We had to ask what the specials were that evening, it was not something that we would have been told unless we asked. I had the lobster bisque, which was just ok. I also had a piece of lobster shell in my soup which wasn 't pleasant. There was very little lobster in the bowl. It certainly wasn 't worth $14. My husband and I both had the filet porcini. The filet was good, the sauce was ok didn 't taste like a 'fine dining ' type of dish. We both had the pasta with garlic and oil for the side. The garlic tasted like it was raw it was so strong. Throughout the meal I felt like our table was a bother to our server because we weren 't one of his regular tables. He was chit chatting with his other tables, but barely spoke with us at all. When it came to dessert, my husband mentioned that it was my birthday. I said I was too full to have anything there, but I asked for a piece of tirimisu to go. He then asked if I 'd like complimentary gelato for my birthday. I got amaretto and my husband got chocolate. The amaretto gelato was fantastic! I was sad I was so full and could only have a few bites. The gelato was my favorite part of my meal. My photos I 've attached were of the tirimisu. It was an extremely small piece for it being $9. It was good, but way over priced. My husband and I had dined at Roberto 's a few years ago for my husband 's birthday and we had a fantastic experience. We had high hopes to celebrate my birthday, but ended up having such a disappointing night. Everything was overpriced and the service was subpar, and the food was nothing special. After this experience, I doubt we will take the gamble on spending that much money to possibly have another bad experience."

"Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."

"We were three adults with two (well dressed and well behaved) children at 5 p.m. on a Sunday. The restaurant was half empty and the rude hostess pushed us to a high bar table between a gas station and the kitchen door. According to someone other than the hostess, they were taken to a normal table. The staff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. The service took forever, the orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it had been hit with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were amazing."
