There are plenty of other local eateries that offer better value for food that is just as good, if not better. I ordered the classic beef pho, and I was quite disappointed. The meat was unappealing, with a dry, rubbery texture that was far from authentic. It had no flavor whatsoever. One of my favorite noodle places—it's too bad I don't live closer! The tonkatsu ramen is my top dish, and I've enjoyed it every single time I've had it. Although some people might find it surprising to order and pay using their smartphones, I think it's a smart method that has worked great for me.
