"We visited this restaurant, and we found the ordering process a bit tricky because you have to use your phone to place your order, but there was no signal inside. It's a self-service sit-down restaurant, which means you order on your own and they bring your food to your table, creating a relaxed dining atmosphere. If you want to take any food to go, there’s a station with containers available. The staff was friendly, but the service was rather slow."

The menu offers a diverse range of dishes to satisfy every taste. The ambiance is lovely, and the service is impressively quick. You'll leave this charming eatery with a generous portion on your plate. We will definitely return! View menu

This restaurant offers truly excellent food, though the prices do strike me as a bit steep. I'm not completely at ease with the online ordering and payment system; it feels somewhat inappropriate for a dine-in experience. However, I've visited several times and have never had any problems.

Additionally, the presence of cigarette smoke and the high prices made it clear why the place wasn't busy. There are plenty of other local eateries that offer better value for food that is just as good, if not better. I certainly won't be coming back, and the staff could use some education on proper food handling and hygiene!

I ordered the classic beef pho, and I was quite disappointed. The meat was unappealing, with a dry, rubbery texture that was far from authentic. It had no flavor whatsoever. Even the $2 egg tasted stale. Unfortunately, I've had microwave ramen with more taste. I was really looking forward to this meal, but it didn't meet my expectations. View menu

One of my favorite noodle places—it's too bad I don't live closer! The tonkatsu ramen is my top dish, and I've enjoyed it every single time I've had it. Although some people might find it surprising to order and pay using their smartphones, I think it's a smart method that has worked great for me. The staff has always been friendly and attentive as well.

If you're looking for a great place to have lunch, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is outstanding, particularly the Dynamite Shrimp Bun and the Spicy Seafood Ramen – both are essential dishes to try. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a lovely spot to enjoy your meal. The service is decent, though there’s a little room for improvement. Overall, it’s an excellent dining experience that's also easy on the wallet!

"my wife and I eat in the lititz springs (formerly sutter) inn several times a year and had great and not so great experiences. almost every person working there is great. Unfortunately, we have the one waitress that is not, and that is probably the third time we had them, and this time was the worst. lori b was again late to get to the table; I think 10 minutes after sitting (and if all others were of course most served by the excellent server next to it) she did not deliver the cocktail menu until we asked. I asked for the lamb special rule and she said it was still a command. When the court came out, there were two very small lambs and I was quite shocked. I've already gotten lamb there and had at least four pieces on the teller. I confirmed with the excellent waiter that there should be four pieces and he told me that he sold the last court an hour before. when the waitress came back and after talking to the manager, she tried to defend the court instead of apologising. then I told her that her colleague had already confirmed that I was lamming. she then said, “I will not fight with you.” too late. I am a minimum 20% drinking money, but was so annoyed with the dishonest and rude that I left $5. she went back and said, “I would rather you do the top zero and run away. my wife and I were grounded. lori b should not waitressing somewhere let alone what should be fine eating."

"Quaint cafe in the heart of a rustic town. I pass through this town once or twice a year and I must stop here to eat. As a single person, sitting at the coffee bar is the option because otherwise, waits to get tables for groups can be a half hour. Today, all I had to do was hear the three specials. Two were vegetarian and one was vegan. I also saw a Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake in the dessert case. Did not have to look at the regular menu to decide the Spinach Artichoke Pie and Chili was the way I wanted to go (after I heard the chili was vegan they did not mention it until I told them I assumed it wasn't). These were technically two entrees so they came with a side and a scone. I ate these in house and took a Tomato Pie entree to go. With a Basil Mint (yogurt) smoothie, this vegetarian was happy. Perusing the menu online to add this cafe to Happy Cow, I noticed much more for vegetarians and vegans alike. My server was knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan options, although not always labeled for easy determination, and she knew the difference between the two. I don't think you can go wrong by giving this place a try if you get the chance to. Just be cognizant, as we all usually must be, and ask if you have questions about ingredients. Wherever I go, I make sure the server knows I am vegetarian and that they know that means that chicken and fish are not vegetables despite what they may have heard. I am going to message this cafe as soon as I finish this review to urge them to label veg*n options because it would serve them and their customers better. If you visit here, maybe you will decide to inform them, too? Since 4 of 5 stars is the highest permissible rating, I went with 3 because I believe they could do better to communicate/label the veg options."
