"Nestled away from the busy streets of downtown Bozeman, Noodles & Company was a place I had been looking forward to trying, especially since my wife had never been there before. I went with my grandson, and we were delighted to discover a varied menu. I tried the chicken noodle soup and buffalo mac and cheese, while my grandson opted for spaghetti and meatballs. It was a peaceful Saturday afternoon, which contributed to a laid-back atmosphere in the restaurant. However, I did notice that the chicken in my mac and cheese was a bit on the cold side when it arrived, resembling food that hadn't been properly heated. I mixed it in with the noodles, and it warmed up nicely. All in all, it was a pleasant dining experience."

Make sure to ask for gluten-free noodles, even if the menu indicates gluten-free options; I overlooked that last time. Aside from that, the food is fantastic and the staff is friendly!

Food was cold, even though we waited 15 minutes and were the only ones in there! My eggs in my pad Thai were Burnt (see picture) asked for extra sauce cuz it’s always dry hot charged for it but was no extra sauce! My granddaughters apples were brown and slimy it was just over all gross! All of it!

The food was not palatable at all. The Alfredo was bland and tasteless, there was elbow macaroni in my pasta. my boyfriend ordered Spaghetti with marinara sauce, he ordered extra sauce and the pasta was still dry. It was like eating plain spaghetti. Will definitely not give this restaurant my patronage again. View menu

This restaurant features a fantastic variety of pasta dishes from different culinary traditions. I'm impressed by their ability to deliver perfectly cooked al dente noodles! The sauces are well-balanced, and there's a great selection for everyone, including options that are kid-friendly. I highly recommend it!

The food was completely unappealing. The Alfredo sauce was bland and lacked flavor, and there were elbow macaroni pieces in my pasta. The order was processed quickly, but unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. We tried the macaroni and cheese—one plain and one with chicken—and both were incredibly bland and lacked flavor. Terrible. Despite being freshly made, with fresh vegetables, it tastes like poor reheated packed food. We only went for some hot food, and because they are one of the few places that have vegan options. The noodles are a mix of undercooked and over cooked, the sauces are icky sweet, and the amount of vegetables and protein is too little. You would be better off getting your own packaged food and heating it up.

I was really disappointed with the meal. The mac and cheese was almost a 2 out of 10—tasted like powdered cheese. The spicy chicken mac wasn’t much better, and the kids' spaghetti and meatballs were tough. On top of that, six people were working, but the ice machine was broken, leaving us with no ice for our sodas, only an empty brew tank. Honestly, it might have been okay if I were a drunk college student at 2 a.m., but not worth it otherwise.
