"The service here is terrible. 1. I got there once, stayed in the line to order, and when it was my turn they tell me the chef’s not here so we don’t have food. 2. i ordered pickup one time, i got there 10 minutes after the time they wanted me to be there, and they tell me at least 45 minutes bc we’re too busy. instead of apologizing he offered me to cancel my order. 3. i went there with my friends, no one helped us to sit. after a few minutes of confusion we sat at the cheapest most basic table. i had to find someone to help us with the order, tea refills, check, and basically everything. at one point the waiter let himself involve in our conversation by interrupting us and he made everyone very uncomfortable. because there is no good persian fast food in the valley, i have given this place too many chances. and they have disappointed every time. the food itself lacks quality and is overpriced. they picked “cool” names for their food trying to make you feel nostalgic, but the tastes are not nostalgic. pizzas are always burnt and not at all close to any actual persian pizza. sandwiches are extra greasy with made up recipes and randomly picked ingredients."

Wings were good and crunchy, and the pizza was full of flavor. The wait time was quick. I would do it again.

It's a junk food place, have you ever seen their kitchen? Their fryers? Or oven for preparing Pizza or sandwich? Go and see and take care of your health.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We were mostly ignored and it took forever for them to take our order. Then it took them 2 hours to bring me a small pizza. I absolutely despised this place. It was racist and I will never return.

I recently discovered an incredible Persian pizza restaurant in LA and I am completely obsessed with it now. I tried the Zaboon basteh Pizza and absolutely loved it! They even gave me some complimentary lavashak and Aloo torsh which was a delightful surprise.

I gave them 4 stars a few year ago, however I just revised my review to 3 stars. Here is why: Their prices have increased insanely. But the quality decreased much. Also, the menus show you the old pricing which is too bad. This is not a real Persian fast food anymore. View menu

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great at this restaurant. They have a spacious open area, and I particularly enjoyed their pizza and sandwiches. The hookah service is excellent, and the servers are friendly and courteous. It's a fun place to go any night of the week, as they are open until late (2am). I will definitely be returning.

The quality of food and service is very bad, the price is higher than what should be. Because they put the table in parking area you can say there is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available for free. If you’re hookah smokers and Persian and don’t mind about the poor service and quality the place should be acceptable for you. Also recently they have a big screen I believe it’s for the World Cup matches.

"They do provide delivery through Restaurants on the Run, but for a hefty fee. Anarbagh offers free local delivery within a five-mile radius, or you can place a takeout order to enjoy a 15% discount. Be prepared for a small wait during dinner hours, as this place has become quite popular. The restaurant has recently been remodeled with new booths, stunning watercolor sky murals on the ceiling, and updated lighting. Street parking on Ventura Blvd. can be tricky, but there is free parking available at the back. The chicken tikka masala here is the best I’ve tasted, having tried it at numerous Indian restaurants across the country. The sauce is rich and creamy, with a wonderful blend of spices and tender, perfectly cooked chicken. One standout dish that I particularly love is the Lamb Mango Masala—tender chunks of lamb in a sauce that tastes like a blend of sweet BBQ and mango chutney. It’s delicious and a great option for those who claim they don’t like lamb. Their dinner for two is an incredible deal at under $40 and includes everything from appetizers and chicken tandoori to a meat curry, a vegetable dish, rice, naan bread, papads, chutney, dessert (gulab jamun, ice cream or baklava), and your choice of soft drinks or tea/coffee. There's also the occasional $10 off coupon in the local mail, which makes it even more appealing. My only wish is that they had a lunch buffet like many other Indian restaurants in the area, but their exceptional dinner offerings more than compensate for that."

"If I recall correctly, I went in here about a week ago around 1 PM. First time here, found it on Google maps when I was just looking for somewhere I had never been. I cannot remember my server's name but he was a nice young man who provided amazing service. Fast, friendly and he checked back with me to ask how the food was the food was absolutely divine by the way! I had the lunch special. I went with the half chicken parm sandwich with potato wedges and the minestrone soup. It was so good I'm practically salivating on my keyboard as I type this... and it was only $15.99 trust me, the portions are big enough and the quality high enough to warrant the price tag AND make it feel like you got a great deal. I myself was not hungry for the rest of the day and believe me that's saying something. The decor was both elegant and inviting at the same time. It's a very swanky looking place but they didn't look sideways at me for walking in wearing shorts, a pair of well worn hightops and a Motorhead T shirt (in my defense: it was hot that day, I had no idea where I was going as it was my first visit and that band is awesome) Oh and speaking of music: they play some real classy tunes here. In the 45 minutes or so I spent dining and relaxing inside, I swear I heard some Dean Martin in there along with a bunch of other guys I don't know but definitely need to discover. The music, in my opinion, really helped to enhance the overall atmosphere. All in all, I think I found a new favorite Italian spot and I will definitely be stopping in whenever I'm in the area. Oh and don't worry about the Rams field or whatever's going on around the place, they are indeed open for business. The exterior of the surrounding (former) business locations and the lot may lead you to think the whole place is abandoned but at least finding parking is definitely NOT going to be an issue. I personally call that a plus."
