"When my six-year-old son told me that this was the worst customer service ever, I knew it had to be true. It's Mother's Day, so the staff really should be prepared. There's no reason to have a set menu when people are waiting two to three hours to eat. I saw others waiting over thirty minutes just to be seated, despite there being plenty of available tables. Only two people were both seating and serving tables? That's just absurd. It seems like they’re making money, so I guess the owners aren’t too concerned. And I actually know the owners—I find it rather amusing!"

Nice crowd. STRONG DRINKS. Food is seasoned and tasty. Bill gets high so only come here with hubby on special occasions. Gets loud but it's less loud than the other restaurants on the block.

The food here WAS great until recently. I don't know if they changed the chef or what but the last couple of times I was there the food was way too salty. As of right now I can't recommend this place. View menu

I took my Mother there for Mother's Day for the bottomless brunch. The food was good and the mimosas were delicious! The staff was nice and accommodating plus they had a DJ!!!! My mother had a great time!

I was there on a Friday night birthday day celebration. The food service was horrible and music was not great. They said they have R&b Friday music. It was house music all night. I did not enjoy myself at all.

Delicious food (blackened salmon ceasar stuffed salmon) and friendly service. We even got to enjoy a live jazz performance while dining. The only critique would be that the meals did take a while to arrive. I hope to come back for their happy hourspecials. View menu

I love the two levels of the venue. The lower level accommodating a hookah lounge.I had a incredible time visiting as a part of Kwanzaa Crawl. It was vibrant energy great music flowing drinks and jovial people . I'm certainly going to return. I love businesses owned by the Diaspora

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
