Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 plain and dry other all the way. Got home with 2 plain and dry cheeseburgers. Went back to get a refund because I didn't want to eat alone and girl working window didn't even speak, kinda jerked burger out of my hand and then came back and just held out money. The food is decent, though I find it a bit greasy depending on what you order. The staff is generally friendly. However, the outdated menu and payment system are quite frustrating. The receipt only provides the total amount, so you can't see the individual prices for each item. I've been overcharged in the past, and when I inquired about it, they simply stated that those were their prices without offering any further clarification. Recently, I've only been stopping by Ole Jax for their Red Bull drinks. Service: Takeout.

--- I recently ordered takeout for lunch and had a fantastic experience! The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 stars. The Pancho Burger was delicious, and the onion rings were perfectly crispy. The steak fingers were also a highlight of the meal. The service was top-notch, receiving a perfect score of 5, making the ordering process smooth and easy. The atmosphere, while not experienced in-house, was pleasant in the context of the takeout service and deserves a 4. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick and satisfying lunch!
