"The food at this restaurant was delicious, however, I experienced an issue with being charged twice on my credit card. After speaking with a manager named Seth, he explained that there was an error with the processor and assured me that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, 5 days have passed and I have still not received my money back. I feel as though the restaurant could have handled the situation better as they seem to be avoiding taking responsibility for the mistake. I would advise against paying with a credit card at this establishment, as there is a risk of being overcharged."

"Our anniversary party of 40 years was the occasion. We went 11/2 hours early so we could do a tasting before dinner. A good thing because it was a packed out and crowded tasting room first come first serve basis. Would have gladly paid extra for a bit more private not elbow to elbow with everyone. After the tastings we were right on time for our reservation and seated at a very nice and roomy booth perfect. Our server was great flawless dinner service from the cocktails and appetizers to the entrees absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly! If the tasting room was a bit more organized and not so rushed the evening would have been flawless but overall a very enjoyable experience."

Just a little background: I've been in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years, and I can confidently say that Tracy is the best server I have ever encountered. She covered all the steps of service and engaged with everyone at our table. She made excellent suggestions and frequently checked in to ensure we were satisfied. From the moment we arrived until we said goodbye, she truly was outstanding! As always, the food was delicious. Do yourself a favor and visit Jack Stack Barbecue in Lee’s Summit—just make sure to ask for Tracy!"

"Brunch!!! Everyone loves brunch. They have some great selections for it. But they also they have a great menu all together. My absolute favorite is an appetizer (Brussel Sprots and Cauliflower). omg, it is hands down delicious!!! I can make a meal out of it. The sauce on the side is amazing!!! But that being said, I have tried the fried chicken and is amazing, and the shrimp and grits and the wings!!! Go enjoy a night out or brunch. You won't be disappointed. Parking: It is in downtown LS, and it's hard to find parking sometimes. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, if you go in the side entrance in their parking lot. If you go in on the street side, there are stairs."
