"The entire experience was lacking. We called the day before and told them we had a party of 15 coming in at 5 pm. We were told no problem they would be able to accommodate us saying they usually aren 't busy at 5 pm on a Saturday. When we arrived, the hostess was rude and acted very agitated that we had a party of 15. She refused to seat us saying we 'd have to wait 45 minutes until she could push some tables together. She then turned to another hostess and said, we 've got a party of 15! And rolled her eyes. They then sat a party the same size as ours without all members of the party being present but insisted we must wait even though we called the day before and informed them of our arrival time and party number. After 45 minutes we finally got a table and while the hostess was placing menus on the table, we all began to sit down and she then informed us we were not allowed to sit while she placed menus on the table because this is policy . At this point, I am ready to make a scene! The manager quickly came over and allowed us to sit and gave us a complimentary queso for the treatment of the hostess. Food was average or below. Waitress was ok but not above normal expectations. I do not recommend going to this location in a large group."

We never have a bad experience at OTB. The service is always spot on and friendly. The food comes out hot and flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of leg room.

Today, Sunday we had Nachos; the food was not very good and the draft beer was not very cold. The chips and salsa was very good. The server was very tentative and did the best he could. I gave him a good tip for good service.

I had a great experience here. I've only been once to this location. Had the carne asada and it was cooked perfectly. The service was above and beyond. The other 3 individuals with me had a great experience also. Zero complaints!

The food was fantastic, as always. I ordered the brisket tacos and they were delicious. The service was also good. The jumbo margaritas are tasty, although the prices have increased quite a bit, and I seldom notice any happy hour specials. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. View menu

The steak was overcooked and excessively seasoned. It felt overpriced, and I dislike spending a substantial amount for poor quality food. I won't be returning. I ordered double beans and double rice but received three servings of rice and just one serving of beans, which was only a half portion. I ended up spending over $57 for food that was inedible.

I placed a takeout order for Firecracker Stuffed Jalapenos, which are listed on the menu as six individual stuffed jalapenos. What I received was a completely different dish. They served me two skewers, each with three jalapenos, all coated in an extremely thick batter, making it look like just a large clump of fried dough. I decided to taste one of the jalapenos by pulling it out from the mass, and it was so unappetizing that I ended up throwing the rest away.
