today with my daughter - the manager Mitch was so friendly and helpful for his associates, he was an atem of fresh air and he did everything possible to ensure that our visit was top notch! our waitress ashley was attentive, professional and very nice as well as an excellent waitress. we appreciate all their hard work, although they didn't have much personal. these two deserve a push for everything they have to do every day! This was a very unfortunate experience. I have always loved On The Border, however my experience at this particular location was subpar, to say the least.Staff was friendly and nice, overall.Food was barely palatable.I understand the “lack of workers” but this should not affect the quality of food I have come to expect from this franchise.This location could use an awakening from ownership, or be expecting doors to be closed up.

This place has gone so downhill. Once was a favorite of ours: service was good, and food was consistently tasty. Over the past year or two we've been probably 3 times, each time swearing we won't be back. I understand staff shortages and can put up with slow service. But the food is TERRIBLE. On our last visit the ends of my wife's enchiladas were so tough and dry they were inedible. The only way we'll ever return is if I hear from someone else that they've turned it around.

This was an awful experience. The restaurant was dirty the bathrooms were absolutely atrocious. The food was terrible. We both ordered the grand Taco salad with beef. There was no beef, the taco shell was very cold. The salsa was sitting on a counterin their kitchen wirh out any wrap on it. The chips were full of oil and salt, they were so greasy my husband tried wrappingthem up to get the grease off to no avail. We paid the bill without eating . Told our serve how awful it was. She still broughtthe entire bill out didn't apologize nothing. Strongly recommend not going here ever. View menu

My father and I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was the worst experience ever! I was seated near the host, and I noticed the owner sitting at a table nearby. Whenever a new group of guests arrived, he would roll his eyes and shake his head, as if he found it inconvenient to have more customers in his restaurant. I ordered the taco salad, and it tasted terrible. When the host/owner came over to our table after I'd taken a few bites, he mentioned that he had gone to the dollar store to get the sauce he used in my taco salad. Hearing that completely ruined my appetite, so we decided to leave. It was a very unsettling experience.

First, as we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted nonchalantly. The host never made eye contact with anyone in our party. My mom specified that we had 3 adults and 2 children. Because he didn't look at our party and was not actively listening, he grabbed 5 adult menus and didn't recognize his mistake until we got to our table. Second, while our server was pleasant, we couldn't tell if she was new or poorly trained. She brought the children regular glasses instead of kid/styrofoam cups.
