"Our server had a remarkable talent for describing all the dishes we inquired about with great detail and expertise. You can always tell when a server is simply reciting a script versus someone who truly believes in the food they are describing. He really knew how to tantalize our taste buds. I ordered the flatbread topped with duck, arugula, and hoisin, and the flavors were perfectly paired. I simply closed my eyes and savored the combination in my mouth. The other five members of my party each ordered burgers, which I also had a chance to try. They were perfectly cooked and some of the juiciest, most tender burgers I've had—rivaling even our own grill at home. As passionate food critics, we had only one critique: one of our members noted that there was no salt and pepper readily available on the table, and despite asking for pepper, it didn’t arrive until he was halfway through his burger. Nonetheless, every bite prompted an amazed “OMG” from everyone!"

I have been here many times and it never makes fun and delicious! the vegan menu has tons of options- my favorites are the fried green tomats and buffalo flowers flower cauliflower. the cocktails are also fantastic. updated by previous review on 2019-10-26

milford is my hometown and when they visit family, eating has always been a fight. no more! it is wonderful, bar one in the city with its vegan menu. I enjoyed the polnta, the brittle spits were delish, and the kale/tofu topfsticker even rejoiced my meat loving vater.

Bar One is a great little spot to grab a drink or have a meal with friends. They have separate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free menus. I love the vegan potstickers for a snack and the polenta for a meal. They also always have a vegan/GF dessert. I do wish they had a vegan version of the dips that come with some of their apps. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We kicked things off with some nachos, and I have to say, they were the best I've ever had—made with fresh ingredients and served in generous portions. I also tried the chicken and waffles, and from the very first bite, I was blown away by the flavor. We enjoyed every bite of our meal right up to the end. I highly recommend this place for its fantastic service and exceptional food. It's definitely a must-try!

We tried the nachos, which were an impressive portion with various toppings and layers of cheese that made for some truly creative nachos. The buffalo wings were also great—a rarity in this area! Over the course of three dinners, we had the chicken and waffles, the Green Queen (fried green tomatoes), and a packed dish.
