I attended a wedding here, and the venue is stunning, offering breathtaking views and delicious food.

The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the curbside service was friendly and felt safe.

Played 18 holes recently. Great public course. Speed of play was good until we surprisingly ran into a 5-some! Not cool, finished the last 3 holes at a snails pace. Otherwise, great course. View menu

We're really enjoying the Filet Mother's Day dinner we picked up. The pickup process was well-organized, easy, and felt safe. The dinner included a tossed salad, French bread, filet mignon served on cheese scalloped potatoes, and a delicious gravy for the steak. Everything is so tasty! The portions are very generous, and it’s such a pleasure not to have to cook today!

The setting in the orchards is lovely, making this beautiful venue with mountain views truly captivating. The service is excellent, and the food offers classic country club fare that is consistently good and served at the right temperature, though it's more akin to American cuisine. Unfortunately, there's nothing gourmet on the menu. I indulged in a signature cocktail and onion rings, while my guest enjoyed a salad pizza. We both left feeling satisfied.

The golf course is fantastic! However, I'm disappointed to say that the restaurant, under new ownership, has a very unsatisfactory food selection. I understand they are waiting for a liquor license, but the menu now aims for upscale dining, which we miss. We preferred the pub-style fare, with a variety of burgers and dishes that pair well with an ice-cold beer after a great round of golf. My friends and I dined there after our game, but I doubt we’ll return. If it weren't for the beautiful course, we probably wouldn’t come back at all. View menu

my daughter recently got married here and we had the worst service from the wedding coordinator Lindsey, she was MIA most of the day and any request we had she ignored or was just plain out rude. She was just very unprofessional and ruined my daughters most important day. Not to mention the bar was serving very water downed drinks and their dinner servers were just as rude and not attentive to the tables at all. Guests complained of cold or under cooked or overcooked meals and the servers did nothing to make the guests happy. I witnessed this first hand and couldn't believe the amount of money paid to be treated this way all day long. I would look else wear if your planning a wedding.

This is a hidden gem of a place. Well, that is, if you are not a golfer. The tavern is the golf club on premise restaurant for pre/post golfers. But, oh, it is so much more. The golf course was designed by an award winning golf course designer. If you don't golf, all you know is that it's beautiful, green, and you have a gorgeous view of the Helderbergs. One of the worst experiences I 've ever had at a restaurant. It started out well beautiful sunny day and a table over looking the golf course. What could be better? We had a deviled egg app that was good. And then... my burger came out I use the term burger loosely. I had ordered the Surf Turf burger medium rare (the turf was fried buttermilk shrimp . It came out medium. And not just medium, but dried out crumbly, hockey puck medium. And the shrimp tasted like something right out of the freezer section.
