"food is fresh, and servings are just perfect, service is excellent sometimes slow when they have a full restaurant (understandable), the only problem is when the mariachi band or those solo guys with their amplifiers come in to sing for customers, it gets loud and you can't even talk to me person next to you, (if I wanna listen to loud music I go to a club) the ladies keep the restaurant well organized and clean, so to resume, I try my best to block the loud music and enjoy the delicious food."

The fresh oysters are of impressive size! The appetizers are also enjoyable and come in generous portions. The ceviche is particularly delicious! Overall, I rate the food 4 out of 5.

The shrimp soup is fabulous and the broth is amazing! The tacos are fantastic, too! A hidden gem place to eat! Two people, two beers, one taco and soup (shared)… All told, $40.00. Check them out!

Did not enjoy my experience here, orderd the fish soup and found shrimp skin in my soup, as well as my rice. I was told by the waitress that in the menu it says that the shrimp comes mixed with it, but I never saw it their menu. View menu

Most of time I am not a fan of Mexican food; however, this is my go-to place when it comes to authentic Mexican food. The soup here heals your unsettling. The portion of food reminds your grandma who is always afraid you don?t get enough food.

First time here, the appetizers were great we got the green agauchiles, ceviche mixto and talapia chicharones.. the beer the cold...not a big dinner selection I got the fish tacos they were average.. Also it was friday night and they have live music at request. Gets loud in the restaurant

I love love love this place. Food is excellent. I have been ordering Pulpo. I have had is just grilled, in garlic butter sauce and my favorite a la Mexicana. Don't really like the rice but with beans and a side salad. Lovely! I also ordered a side of avocado be warned, it's a tiny (3slice) portion of avacado. But order all... love the pulpo. Not so easy to find dish. View menu

The food was not good at all. I came with my family to watch the finals soccer game called ahead of time they came rushed us to leave because they were closing at 10 pm I understand everyone is tired wants to go home but there’s no need to rush us while we eat. They only took us in because of the large party we had. The waitress was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE RUDE! Will never come back!

The food was delicious. I had a shrimp cocktail and is was great. They serve a complimentary serving of the soup which was very good as well very savory and not too spicy. I went on a Sunday so it was pretty busy but we were able to sit and order pretty quickly. My only complaint is how loud it's in there. It is a small place and they have music playing so loud that we had to yell at each other to talk. There was also a trio or mariachi I can't remember that only added to the sound chaos.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
