"This was my third visit. The first time, a year or so ago, I ordered a vanilla latte. It was pretty good. I stopped in this summer to try their iced vanilla latte. They have a commercial espresso machine, but they didn’t use it to prepare my drink. Instead, they had a couple of pitchers filled with either coffee or pre-poured espresso shots. Either way, the flavor was bitter and weak. I stopped in again recently for another vanilla latte, and they used the machine to steam the milk, but still poured from the picture for the rest of the drink. I’m certain it was coffee and not espresso this time. The drink was very weak, bitter, and too hot to drink for the first 20 minutes or so. I’m wondering if their espresso machine still works. I want to support this place but I’m thinking they need to train their staff on how to prepare espresso drinks before I’ll try it again."
