Being in hospitality myself, I know how rare this little extra step is and how it can make a business exponentially more successful. Do yourself favor and choose another location. The employees are too busy playing on their personal cell phones rather then making sure the orders are correct and actually edible. Two times of receiving mediocre food in an adequate orders is enough for me.

This place has really declined over the past couple of years. Quality of ingredients has declined (e.g., the greasy mess they use for cheese not mozzarella). Delivery is completely unreliable now nearly 30 minutes late. They are completely unapologetic. . There are much better options.

I placed an order at this restaurant, they confirmed the order, but after 40 minutes, they unexpectedly cancelled it even though the delivery person was already at the location. The estimated delivery time was 20-32 minutes, but the store provided no explanation for the cancellation after 40 minutes. View menu

Paisano's is a reliable choice for a Saturday night meal. The food is tasty, pick-up and delivery orders are quick, and the service is friendly. Make sure to look for their coupons before ordering as they usually have good deals. My husband enjoys the pizza, I love the Greek chicken salad, and the Philly cheesesteak is also a hit.

I went to Paisano's already knowing what a cheesesteak should taste like. Unfortunately, this is not my preferred place for a cheesesteak. I was welcomed as soon as I entered, which was a nice touch. However, the cheesesteak itself didn't impress me. On the positive side, the fries were crispy and hot. The restaurant isn't very spacious, and the seating area could use a bit of tidying up. The chairs were all over the place and the tables looked like they needed a wipe down.
