Delicious food. So yum! Great presentation. It's a good truck! The woman makes everything herself! It's quite speedy even though she mentions the speed/wait because she makes it herself sola.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this fantastic Thai food truck hidden in Makawao! My husband couldn't stop raving about how it was the best pad Thai he's ever tasted. The fresh ingredients were prepared just for us. We will definitely be returning to this place again in the future!

I visited this restaurant specifically because the summer rolls looked delicious in photos on Yelp. However, when I arrived, I found out that they were no longer available. We decided to try the pad Thai and Tom kha instead. The pad Thai was too saucy, sweet, and oily for my liking. The Tom kha was okay. Unfortunately, I got a stomach ache after the meal. Overall, I would give it a rating of around 3.5.

Pakamon is an incredibly hardworking individual, who also doubles as a farmer and grows many of the vegetables she uses in her cooking! Her Thai cuisine is truly authentic and by far the best I have ever tasted. Although she includes meat on the menu, she does an excellent job catering to vegans as well. One must try her delicious coconut milk Thai iced tea. My top picks are the Pad Thai and the Tom Kha soup.

Take your time at this restaurant, as there is only one woman taking orders and cooking everything. The dishes are not very spicy but are still very flavorful. I tried the green curry and papaya salad and both were delicious. The portions are generous, and I was surprised that I couldn't finish both dishes in one sitting after biking up the 2k feet to get there. Great little spot on one of the main drags through Makawao. I ordered the Tom yum soup with seafood, as well as the shrimp fried rice. Can't remember the name of what hubs ordered, but essentially, it was chicken and mixed vegetables in a light brown sauce. We both enjoyed our meals. The only slight bummer for me was that she was limited in the variety of seafood she had that day, so instead of more shellfish, she had to substitute a white fish that I didn't find overly satisfying. If we were ever back in the area, I'd go back again, because it was an overall good experience.

The meats, fish, shrimp, tofu, and vegetables are all stored improperly in the fridge, with nothing being dated so we don't know how old the food is. The fridges are also filthy. The drinks are stored outside where they collect dust and dirt on the cans. The menu offers vegan options but some items labeled as vegan actually contain shrimp paste. The work environment is toxic and dangerous, with people screaming and causing disturbances for no reason. Tips given through debit or credit cards are not given to the employees, only cash tips. I am also waiting on unpaid wages.
