Panda Express - Menu

Got a fortune cookie without a fortune in it.... So that wasn't very cash money. Food and service are good. 3 star rating based on my lack of fortune.

Rice was so dry, even soy sauce was no help. Tried the beyond meat orange chicken and had a hard time biting thru it. One side was so hard and dry my teeth now hurt.

Usually we are very satisfied with the food and service. The last three times we were there, our egg rolls and spring rolls forgot twice, and as soon as the chow mine they served was burned. View menu

Ruben you need to work on your Telephone etiquette. As THE customer I called about a problem with my Drive thru order Panda Express SCREWED UP. Don't go thru the drive thru.This location needs New Management

How you get paid $15+ an hour and still not do your job right. I got orange chicken instead of Beijing Beef no chili sauce, soy sauce, napkins, etc?. Seeing I was the only car in the drive through ?Liz? was sure in a rush to get me out of there

They were from a few food ideas, but we asked how long and they said no more than 20 minutes, so we went to our order, and it was hot and fresh in the 20 minutes and we paid and got home and it was still hot. The employees were very nice, but couldn't see how name tags they cried out. The store was busy. View menu

As I was sitting in the lobby eating my dinner I witnessed an employee proceed to clean the benches off with a broom and then sweep the floor with the same said broom. This is very unsanitary and definitely not the proper way to clean the tables and benches off. I certainly hope that upper management reads this review and retrains the staff on proper cleaning procedures.

Came through parking around the window, sat there for 10 minutes before the server came to the window. Only for them to serve someone else. Instead of taking my order, she wanted me to move around the opposite side of the building and go through the drive that was not marked by the left side of the building. Like nobody ever comes from the parking lot on the left? I understand that the order from the window is a difficult task for some, but amazing, it can be achieved. Terrible experience and waste of time.

Ordered Sweet Sour Chicken with Fried Rice. Decent portion, though it has gotten significantly smaller. It used to come with one or two of those small ketchup-like cups of Sweet Sour Sauce. No more, now it's 3 tiny packets. Not enough for 1/3 of this entrée. To top it off they didn't include my wife's main entrée and we had to return to get it corrected. Needless to say, the entire meal was cold by the time we able sit down and eat. And this isn't the first time they have messed up an order. So, like the saying, fool me once, fool me twice....I think Panda is off the menu from here on, plenty of other options out there. View menu
