Panera Bread - Menu

I always have a wonderful experience when I dine at Panera Bread. I don't eat a lot there, but every time I sample something new, it turns out to be delicious.

Food is consistently good, if you like the deli style sandwiches, but they are really way over priced. You can Plan to spend $17 for one person for a half a sandwich, a side and a drink. I don 't dislike the food but for the price it 's not reasonable if you have a family you probably won 't be going here.

There were four kids working the whole place. Nobody at the register. Nobody behind the counter. Food and garbage all over the lobby. Tables were dirty. Not the greatest experience. There are vegetarian options on the menu. and they do have a weird back entrance. Parking lot is big. Not sure how easy it is for handicap access. View menu

The food is delicious. The service could have been handled with a little more umph into his job. I drove all the way there for the special sandwich that's going on. They were out of the bread for the sandwich. Um....It is Panera Bread right? And my chair had more food on it than my tray. A little clean up from time to time wouldn't hurt.

Have tried this Panera 3 times and all 3 times there was an issue. The first time was for delivery. I ordered bread bowl soup. Received the soup in a regular bowl, no bread bowl. The other two times were for curbside pickup. Marked I was there and which spot and sat, and sat, and sat. Finally go in both times and employees are chatting and there the bag sits. You can see the pick up spots from the counter. Will not be trying a 4th time!

The food is consistently fresh and served quickly. Placing an order is straightforward. However, I've encountered an issue every time I choose the dine-in option and opt to receive a text notification when my food is ready. I consistently receive the text before my food is actually prepared, which defeats the purpose. I'm not sure if it's a company-wide practice tied to a sense of urgency, but it definitely needs to be addressed. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this. Kiosk was being temperamental then had difficulty trying to bring up the order I was hoping to have on my ipad; but being way to slow. I think because of the changes on the gadget was more when I gotten to the sauce on kiosk; they wanted me to delete one of the customizations to have sauce; always something. They where acting slow and didn't look busy. They don't have any lights for parking lot and some other businesses has street parking lights and busy road doesn't have any lights but businesses on either side of the road has lights.

Recently ordered from this location and food was good. I ordered a Greek chicken salad which was missing the chicken. I called and was told that I could return and have my order remade or a refund. When i returned 2 days later on our way back home I was told by assistant manager Kay Andrews that my name was not in the book and there was nothing she could do for me. At this time I was about to spend another $40. I have been a manager at a fast food restaurant and I know that I would have never treated a customer that way. The food is hot and fast. We ordered inside with the kiosk and it took a bit as they have as many options with pictures. The app was easy to navigate. We asked that the Scoone be heated. We also asked for NO-Bacon on the breakfast sandwich.... nope (of course there was bacon on it)! That was good because the restaurant was in perfect condition and the Danes were very well displayed. The 3 comes with the confusion and demeanor of the employee behind the counter. She was somehow not sure what we had ordered and then assumed that we were the ones that were confused by their persistent questions.
