Panera Bread - Menu

Food was fresh and good. Ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and it was very small. Prices are a little expensive but the food is good.

even on a busy day they were still fast to pick up with my online order. beautiful and friendly staff here! my eating was delicious as usual!

Not the most comfortable cafe-style seating. I miss the abundance of high-back booths. But the service here was really quick and the bread was delicious. This was the second time at this location my bagels were sliced really terribly. Must be a poorly calibrated machine, because no human would cut a bagel this poorly and still serve it. View menu

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant on September 13, 2022, at 4:25 PM. The manager, who was wearing a Panera catering shirt, and the staff were fantastic! They quickly addressed a minor issue with professionalism and a smile. The manager, along with the person who took our order and the woman at the dining window, were all very friendly and exceptional!

The restaurant was extremely dirty. The mac and cheese, which seemed to come from a pre-packaged meal, appeared oddly watered down. My sandwich was served with wilted salad and old avocado. My friend's chicken sandwich was undercooked and pink inside. I’m giving it 2 stars solely because the staff were friendly, but this place really needs some serious improvements.

EDIT: This is one of those businesses for which Google reviews are more helpful to the customer. Reviewing past entries makes it clear that management is unresponsive and the same issues come up year after year.I'd feel a lot better about leaving you a 20% tip ahead of the actual service if I didn't also have to wipe my own table down before using it (at 10:30 when there was no rush). Condensation dripping from one of your ceiling HVAC ducts onto my plate and food added to my regret. Love your food and drinks but no more tips for you ahead of service. You'll have to earn them. Biggest disappointment. Brought a visitor to this location and was quite embarrassed. There were 4 patrons in total, so not a rush. First, we had to adjust both of our orders because they were out of the basic components of each order. When we attempted to find a seat, ALL tabletops were filthy (mind you, there were only 4 of us in the joint), and we had to ask to have our table bussed. The whole place looked filthy. Plus, my mango smoothie was clearly not that; tasted and looked like a purely banana smoothie. And they suggested a remedy of less yogurt, as if that would solve the problem. Oy. I like to pay the new touch pad menu/order credit card kiosk. easy to use and rarely have to wait more than 3.4 minutes for empty kiosk. the beats are in tune on the afternoon and wait for order and payment. I've got myself in the order of the duets section of the menu that gives me a selection of smaller portion options for $5.99..6.35 with tax. I put on a grilled sandwich cheese sandwich and a bowl tomato soup for a total of $6.35. they cook it up and serve it on real tellers and real cutlery. this is paneras contribution to the reduction of mülldeponien and to preserve these...

I had not previously ranked Panera high on my eatery list for several years. This location finally won me over to a weekly returning client.
