"I am very disappointed in my order, I asked for a suppe brot dish and received only one suppe and a small piece of brot. When I called, I was told that I was a liar and this command was never placed. I repeated the order and gave them my reception number from there, which is when he said, oh we don't have broth dishes, but I was never communicated only for something I didn't want. I was told that I can't do anything for you. the customer service was completely terrible and I was treated terrible. I will not come back to spend my money back here."

I love her chicken and wild, delicious. I could eat it every day, but they only serve it on Tuesday and Sunday.

I used to adore Panera, but now I find it just average for a quick meal or coffee. The service can be hit or miss. Overall, I would rate the service as 3 out of 5 stars.

the customer service is great. everything is great, the only reason I write this is because the expensive cook chicken sandwiches are not only expensive, but they suck. they taste frozen, but their flat broth are a1. View menu

Panera Bread is a simple restaurant that is clean and bright, with friendly staff. It's not necessarily my favorite place, but my wife and child really enjoy it. It brings back memories of my youth. Overall, everything was well done and I left feeling happy. Keep up the great work, Panera!

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. My partner waited a long time for our food while having to explain the menu items to the employee taking our order. When he finally brought home our sandwiches, they were filled with barely any chicken salad and an overwhelming amount of lettuce. We will not be returning to this place.

I had lunch here today and it was really good. I love the 'You Pick 2 ' option and almost always get the broccoli cheddar soup with some variation of a turkey sandwich, today it was the deli turkey sandwich. It 's just the right size for lunch, not too filling. Service has always been good and same for the food. I 'll be returning often. View menu

I wanted to spend a scream in the colerain panera last Monday (labor day) for a great service. we went through the drive thru and had to wait a bit until our food is ready, but because of the waiting, the man who worked the drive thru gave us a free chocolate chip cookie. he was also very polite and at the best that impressed us even more since he worked on a holiday. I didn't get his name, but he was younger and worked last Monday at 3:30 o'clock. I just wanted to see his hard work!

I know it’s in vogue for everyone to raise prices right now, but good lord. There needs to be a level of sense. When dinner for two is over $50 I expect so much more. Small portion sizes. Especially the smoothies, kids cup size for over $5. All the popular items are frequently out before dinner. I rarely see more than 2-3 types of bagels anymore. I just feel disappointed and taken going to Panera now. If my wife doesn’t really want it, I won’t ever choose it for myself anymore and I used to go twice a week for years. Really disappointing.
