After being paged, was told food wasn't ready. 20 minutes later we asked again and we're told they forgot it. Gave us a cookie to compensate. When opening the turkey sandwich, there was no turkey in it.

There was some cleanliness and cross contamination issue involving allergens. Panera was not willing to address the issue much to my frustration. Other then that the food does taste good and orders are accurate.

The portion sizes are somewhat smaller than expected. I ordered a Mediterranean chicken bowl for $12, and it felt a little insufficient. On the positive side, the restaurant was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, plus the coffee pitchers were consistently full. The Wi-Fi was quite good as well. Overall, I would still recommend this place.

I love this Panera Bread location, but due to the fact the other location in Brookfield, CT had been temporarily closed but I cannot go into further detail about that but this is the right Panera location in Southbury Plaza you need to come to. I promise you won’t regret it. Also another thing is that this location has great staff so on so forth.
