Papa John's Pizza - Menu

I recently ordered pizza for some contractors, and I have to say, it's the best pizza I've had in quite a while. I'm really impressed with both the taste and the service!

Generally I have a great experience here. Only had one issue: Today they were swamped and somehow mis-made my Papadia sandwich with marinara sauce rather than the white Alfredo sauce with which it normally comes.

I ordered my pizza directly from Papa John's, not through DoorDash! It arrived over an hour and fifteen minutes later, ice cold, and was delivered by a DoorDash driver. Well, Papa John’s, you've just lost my business. View menu

I had my first Papa John's pizza in about ten years, and it was just as tasty as I remembered, especially that garlic butter sauce! I ordered a couple of pizzas on New Year's Eve, and they were ready in just 10 minutes. The staff was fully present and efficient. I heard other customers waiting for hours for their food that night, but we had no issues at all. Thank you, Papa John's!

Tyler was the sole employee working that day, and he handled everything on his own impressively. While waiting for my carry-out order, I noticed his tremendous effort. He was courteous to every customer and worked quickly to prepare the food. It’s unfortunate he didn’t have any help. Keep up the excellent work, Tyler! I hope your dedication is recognized. You definitely deserve 5 stars, while I give Papa John’s 3 stars.

I ordered a pizza through the app today, but since I don't get paid until tomorrow, I used the cash I had for it. Unfortunately, it seems the systems were down, and they didn't receive my order. No one contacted me about the issue, probably because they couldn't. Now, I won’t have lunch today because I'm out of money, and it will be a few days before I have any funds available again. I encountered an issue with the online ordering system, but that’s understandable—it happens. I called the restaurant, and the automated prompts directed me to a virtual assistant in the Philippines, which was fine. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes of waiting, her system also ran into problems, so she had to transfer me to the local store. After the transfer, the person I spoke with had me start the process all over again. I explained that I had already been on the line for 15 minutes and asked if he could access my order, but he just hung up on me. It’s disappointing, especially since we order from here frequently. I hope corporate can review the call and address this issue.

I placed an online order and made a few adjustments before confirming it, but I didn’t double-check to see if those changes were saved on one of the pizzas. When I called to explain the situation, I found out that my order had just been dispatched for delivery. I was ready to pay for the pizza since it was my mistake. However, the woman I spoke with on the phone was amazing—she assured me that they would remake the pizza for free since it had just left the restaurant, and I was on hold for a little while. If I could give this location negative stars I would. This place is unbelievable!!!! Truly!! It's one thing if a business makes a mistake a few times, things can be forgiven. But this location, nah!!! Every single time I order from here I have an issue!!One time my pizza looked like it was soaking in soup because of how much grease was coming off it, the pizza was soggy!! Anothertime the forgot to put cheese on my ONLY CHEESE, cheese pizza, and everytime they forget my two liter!! And the one time shewasn't even going to give me my money back for it!!
