Papa John's Pizza - Menu

I had an online order. I got to the store 10 minutes later. I waited 20 minutes and they were bearly preparing the pizza. Decent pizza but not worth the wait. This one on Campbell and Irvington is in efficient.

I have to give a shoutout to whoever was making the pizzas last night because they were absolutely amazing. It was hands down the best pizza I've had in a long time. Everything was just perfect - the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni were all just right. Thank you so much!

Called about 15 times until they decided to answer the phone! They would just hang up or place me on hold then hang up 2 seconds later! Worst customer service ever. I will never order from this place again , and I strongly recommend no one else to order from here as well! View menu

I ordered two large pizzas with two toppings each for $9.99 each, along with two sodas and a delivery fee. However, I was charged almost $50. The pizzas only had one topping each and the customer service over the phone was rude. I hope the manager reads my review and addresses the issue.

This place is a joke. The manager has zero customer service skills. Called me a liar when I told her my pizza was made incorrectly. Not to mention it was late. Don't give me a time to choose for the delivery if you're not going to have it there no later than the time specified. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further to a more reputable store.

The pizza and brownie at this restaurant were incredibly delicious! They filled me up completely, with enough leftovers for another meal. I decided to have my food delivered because I was feeling lazy, and the wait time was reasonable at around 35 minutes. Unlike some other places that are overwhelmed with orders and don't have enough staff, this restaurant was a win-win situation. Thank you to the Papa John staff for making my meal so satisfying. I went to pick up a DoorDash order at this restaurant. When I arrived, the order was not ready. I thought they would quickly prepare it, but instead they took their time. One of the employees' friends came in and they started chatting. The female worker did not keep me informed about the delay, as she was too busy talking to her friend who was not working at the time. It was frustrating to wait when it was clearly not busy. I was left wondering why they were not acknowledging me or letting me know how much longer it would take. I asked my son to pick up an order of 3 big pizzas. one of whom I technically ordered for my grandson who is autistic and will only eat alfredo with cheese. I repeated it three times to the guy who took the order to make sure it was right. they didn't really understand how to see it, it doesn't have a Alfredo sauce. I called the load. the man who replied that the command did not say with alfredo, and when I asked the name of the one who took the order, they did not have these information and when they asked how they will fix it, he said they would 't. They have a chicken Alfredo bowl , I was under the impression it had noodles . I called the store to discuss the matter . The first girl who answered was very polite.She did everything she needed to in trying to resolve the issue. Offered us no refund, however offered a chicken Alfredo pizza in the bowls place !
