"The new staff is trouble, I when to order a pizza. I order an 18” pizza, the guy told me it will be about 20 mins, I knew it will take longer so no issue, waiting 30mins asked about the pizza he told me, it will the longer, I said ok, check back 25mins and they neva start my order stating there printer was having problems, don't lie to me. Love their pizza but I will never go there again, and I worked next to them. The cashier told me she canceled the order, let's see if that happen."

The best Lasagna around! I get it whenever I get the chance. I order it with extra meat sauce “there’s plenty I just like the extra sauce “ also with meatballs. Awesome!!

Got 2 slices of pepperoni yesterday and i was very dissapointed! Big slices but no flavor, it barley had cheese. They really downgraded theit quality. Looks like I won't be coming back anymore. View menu

Always has some little kid running all over around in there. That’s definitely not sanitary! He’s on the counters climbing! Very unprofessional to bring your kids to work. The owner is extremely rude and uneducated about business practice.

The pan pizza was massive and worth it, I guess it's just a deep dish pizza. The cheese sticks were little salty for me. Appreciate the quantity of the toppings and they went easy on the marineara sauce which I liked unlike some other places. View menu

I absolutely love this place because they have such great service and food! If I could, I would give them 10 stars! Brittany, especially, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is just so kind and caring and goes above-and-beyond for you! I definitely recommend this place!!

don't come here. found, AND ATE, plastic/styrofoam in my pizza. I then proceeded to grab my other slice of pizza and the entirety of it ripped off because of the tinfoil they use to separate the slices. called and was told I must drive back and take time out of my day after eating PLASTIC by a rude manager. don't waste your time, go to Napoli's in Palatine much nicer and does not involve plastic in their food
