I think there are fake reviews. The people were nice but the food was marginal. It deserves 3 stars but I’m giving it one to balance out all the great reviews.

The food and drinks are made to order and are served quickly, featuring the freshest ingredients I’ve encountered during my travels to Traverse City. The cookies are amazing; you can really taste that they were baked fresh that day.

Fun and relaxing atmosphere with fantastic food! My wife and I love stopping in here for a cup of coffee and connection. Wonderful breakfast options like the BYO breakfast sandwich and Baked Oatmeal. Staff are friendly and kind, and the restaurant is super clean. Check it out! View menu

This is a terrific find! We ordered the baked oatmeal and the southwest breakfast bowl without bacon, it was scrumptious and delectable! Oatmeal was baked perfectly with berries added, which made the sweetness balance just right. All this combined with affordable prices, this place is a must-visit in TC!

They opened at 8, I was there by 8:30. 3 muffins and a couple of cookies in the case. The refrigerated case had 3 salads and a partition cup. If they just opened, was this food fresh? I ordered the all American burrito. Zero seasoning. Tater tots taste frozen and the sausage is hard and overcooked. This is a do not go back for me.

We had gotten to Traverse City before most of the shops were open so we decided to stop into Park Street Cafe to get some coffee and waste time before the shops were open. I believe it was the owner, but he was very friendly and gave us some ideas of where to go in the area which ended up being some of our favorite places we went over the weekend. View menu

This individual needs to take anger management classes and should be relieved of his position. Cooking should not be treated as a life-or-death situation—there’s no excuse for such rage. If it had been my daughter in that situation, I would have been outraged. In a small community like TC, is this really the reputation you want to have? Is this the workplace atmosphere you choose to promote or overlook? You’ve lost me as a customer, and I hope at least one of those staff members chooses to leave. One should seek legal advice and the other should be terminated. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and appalling.

This charming little café has a fantastic location and plenty of seating. The outdoor area feels fresher than the indoor space. I ordered the waffle sandwich and a cappuccino. Unfortunately, the waffle sandwich didn't taste very fresh, and it was quite sweet; I could really notice the sugar crumbs as I ate. Overall, it was decent and filling. However, the cappuccino was delicious. I'm giving this place 4 stars mainly due to the service. My food was brought to my table, but I had to go to the counter to collect my coffee, which seemed a bit off. I'm not sure if everything is supposed to be delivered or if there's a different system in place. If that were clarified, I might update my review.

Don’t go here if you’re looking for a quick to go beverage. Just stopped to pick up a hot chocolate to go for my young son and not only was it $5+ with tip but we had to stand there and wait 20 minutes for it! I get that places get busy, but they could have warned us that there was a long wait or they could have slipped the to go drink order in between the dine in drink orders as those customers were sitting comfortably while waiting for their meals. I eventually asked for a refund as we couldn’t wait any longer, but he wouldn’t give it to me since by the time I asked our drink was up next to be made.
