"Not my first time in Philadelphia but was my wife's so we were doing tourist things. I made sure she would get to experience different sandwiches on this trip !!! It would be incomplete without the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Had to try Geno's steaks as it is popular. We decided to give them a try (split the sandwich) then head to the competition and do the same. Definitely not disappointed with the decision.. We went for the Wit peppers and onions steak with shrooms, provolone....and oh my, it was so delicious!!! I added some peppers for extra kick and it was perfect. I highly recommend. Only negative... it’s cash only. Line wasn't long when we got there. Pro tip the have a line just for sandwiches They also have a line just for fries and drinks. Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City"

Excellent, fun and what an amazing experience! It couldn't be a bad place to eat if Rocky Balboa himself ate here! Thank you, LEAGUEOFRIDERSMC.COM

Amazingly done in a beautiful old-fashioned style place. Probably the best cheese fries I ever had and also a yummy cheese steak. A must if you visit Philly. 5 star.

Another tasty treat not to be missed. You know you came here to settle the debate on who's is better! Food was great. Service was good. Very little parking so you might have to walk a little to get here.

Super fast and extremely tasty! The cheesesteak here is a must if you are in Philly. Dress appropriately for the weather! You will be outside so don't be complaining if you wore shorts and a T-shirt in the middle of December. Just sayin. Seriously get you one of these and enjoy!

This restaurant in Philadelphia is an incredible culinary experience. I traveled 2 miles to try the famous Philly cheesesteak from Pat's, and then walked 2 miles back to my hotel, but every step was worth it. Every visitor to Philadelphia must try a cheesesteak from this iconic spot that has been around since 1930.

This restaurant serves the best cheese steak sandwiches! They are underrated in their deliciousness. A must-visit spot when traveling down the east coast. The restaurant has an authentic feel, reflecting many years of experience in the business. The sandwich was perfect, and the fries were extremely tasty - don't skip them! We look forward to returning on our next trip. Keep it up! View menu

AWESOME CHEESESTEAK AND UNLIKE GENO’S ACROSS THE STREET THEY ACTUALLY PUT A GOOD PORTION OF MEAT ON THEIR SANDWICHES. IF YOU ARE UNDECIDED ABOUT WHICH CHEESESTEAK YOU SHOULD HAVE YOU SHOULD CHOOSE PAT’S BECAUSE GENO’S SKIMPS ON THE MEAT . THEY HAVE A LITTLE STAND WITH WHOLE CHERRY PEPPERS AND KETCHUP ON THE SIDE . EASY TO FIND PARKING AND SEATING EVEN ON A SATURDAY. DO NOT WEAR ANY OUT OF TOWN SPORTS MERCHANDISE OR TALK SPORTS WHEN IN PHILLY .

My friend and I decided to do a taste test between two famous Philly cheesesteak restaurants, Pat's and Geno's. We both got takeout bags from each place to compare. While my friend preferred Geno's, I personally thought that Pat's was much better in terms of taste. They used sharp provolone, chopped steak, and fried peppers and onions that gave the sandwich a hint of sweetness and spice, possibly from paprika. Whatever it was, it was delicious!
