I had a great experience at this restaurant - the atmosphere was very nice, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

The focus of the restaurant is more on the ambiance rather than the food. Unfortunately, the roasted fish lacked seasoning and tasted like it was just pulled out of the water. yesterday a party of four went. my mahi with garnelen was good, although kartoffels with maic could have been much better. why this grayish color? my man has not thought much of his flounder, small amount overpriced. my male friend has such a small amount of fish. but we all have a lot of brokkoli. all in all, we are not eager to be back. the service was very good.

We have loved Pelicans in the past. However yesterday no draft beer they advertise for $2.00 again, except imports. Drank bottle beer at $4.25. This has happened the last 3 times been there. Calamari was over cooked w/ no marinara, zucchini was combo with yellow squash. Waited 10 minutes for service sitting at the bar. Maybe it's time to find another favorite spot.

The food at this restaurant was delicious. My wife ordered the flounder with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli, while my daughters had fried shrimp with rice and chicken tenders with fries. The fries were seasoned well and not like McDonald's fries. I opted for the Philly cheesesteak made with ribeye and fries. The only issue we had was that after we paid and left, we realized that the prices on the menu at the restaurant were different from those online. Very nice restaurant in Port Isabel, Texas. The Menu has a large selection of different types of food: steaks and burgers, Alfredo, surf and turf, shrimp, many types of fish, seafood combos and appetizers. Portion size is generous. Waiting staff is experienced and polite. The view is spectacular of the golf bay while seated inside. Prices are average with $12 and up. The restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms (clean On a busy weekend, average weight time was 30 minutes. This is a very nice restaurant to eat at with reasonable prices and good service.

The time I went at noon on a Thursday was pretty decent wasn't crowded, very clean. I told the waitress it was my very 1st time here but I heard and seen that you all have a nice view, so by that being said she sat me at a very nice view. The food was good for me. But in my opinion very pricey yet seafood always is pricey but for 6 medium shrimp and fries for the price of $13.99 is pretty ouch! Because you don't get full at all.as if this is enough for a child that is finicky then they get full but for an adult no you won't. And No bread nor chips just the shrimp and fries. They're other plates which I can't say they are good or not because I just like shrimp. But unfortunately an hour after...

Have been eating here for over 30 years!! Love the CRAB CAKES(they are a nice large portion not tiny like other restaurants) and come with a delicious sauce. Same for the OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER.Only con is their prices were DOUBLE from past years.Due to COVID and the losses restaurant owners sufferred financially I understood.THERE were 3 of us, myself and 2 young grandsons. Usually the bill Iin the past would be around $40 plus tip as we only eat the appetizers as that's our favorites..Last year the same items were $80 plus $16 tip. Very expensive for just 3 appetizers.
